Stunning Self Catering Cottage - The Otters

AllenRating, 5 stars3 months ago
Fantastic hosts with a great welcome, fresh flowers everywhere and a visit from Sara to see if we were OK. The house is amazing with so many great features but the views of the Summer Isles and beyond are simply stunning. Very comfortable house with everything you need.

Really great place to stay, very centrally located for north west Highlands on good road network yet very peaceful with fantastic walking and cycling. Immaculately clean, well equipped, comfy beds, beautiful birdsong, everything we ne4eded and more, including welcome treats and bowl for dogs. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Luxury self-catering log cabin at Assich Zen Lodge

HollyRating, 5 stars2 days ago
This place is a gem! After 12 days of non-stop travel, we scheduled a down day at this beautiful location to relax and unwind and boy did we hit the jackpot. The location is serene and beautiful and we were lucky to get some great weather. It was exactly what we needed...we never left the property and cooked dinner and had a night in to recharge. Stephen thought of everything down to the spices in the kitchen. The hot tub was perfectly hot for us after dinner and we fell asleep in the comfortable bed early and slept for nearly 9 hours! I wish we could have stayed longer!

Squirrel Cabin seaviews & pet friendly nr Ullapool

LynnRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Perfect few days respite from our month long trip round Scotland. Photographing red squirrels and birds was my husband’s highlight. Having a comfortable bed and a recliner couch was mine, as I was suffering from a cold at the time. Despite other chalets nearby, we didn’t see any other guests during our stay. Managed to cook Sunday dinner with the kitchenette, and the heaters were extremely efficient, requiring us to switch them off frequently, despite it barely making double figure temperatures outside.

The Highland Bothies Beinn Ghobhlach- dog friendly

SteveRating, 5 stars37 months ago
Wonderfully positioned pod on the shores of Loch Broom - awesome views most of the time when the weather behaved. We were hiking in the area with 3 of us fitting in pretty well using a spare mattress we brought with us in addition to double & sofa bed. Met Iain who was very friendly. Seamless administration & high standard of facilities in the pod. Nice deckin & BBQ area plus hottub outside for slightlywarmer weather than we got - would use again.

Libertus Lodge. A secluded Cabin in Gorthleck.

JamieRating, 5 stars3 days ago
My holiday at the cabin was a real treat. There’s not many log cabins with a view as rich as what we had; no matter the weather, the scenery and wildlife was beautiful. We even had a red squirrel visit on a few occasions. The surrounding area is wealthy in stunning walks and plenty of places to buy eggs and occasionally bread. Al was a fantastic host and nothing was too much trouble. He built the cabin himself. If you need any advice on places worth a visit, just ask him and he will gladly help. Thank you for a lovely holiday Al and I wish you all the best. Kind regards, Jamie
