Ruhig gelegen und zentrumsnah, Riehen gehört zu Basels besten Wohnlagen. ÖV: zu Fuss 10 Minuten zum Bus Nr. 34, von dort 15 Minuten ins Zentrum von Basel, Abends kostenloses Ruftaxi! Das helle, ruhige Studio (ca. 25qm), ausgerichtet für 1-2 Personen, verfügt über eine anspruchsvolle Ausstattung. Es liegt in Südhanglage mit Blick auf Garten, Wald und Wiesen. Der private Zugang zum Studio erfolgt über 13 Aussentreppenstufen durch den Garten. Zum Studio gehört auch eine kleine Garten-Terrasse gegen Westen gerichtet, mit Markise und Sitzgelegenheit. Parkmöglichkeit bietet sich direkt am Haus. Die Gastgeber, mit ihren beiden Katzen Maya und Negrita wohnen im Haus .

Close to nature & stylish living in the old farmhouse

The apartment is in the small district of Karsau, which belongs to Rheinfelden (Baden). In an almost 200-year-old farmhouse overlooking our farm animals (horses/sheep/cat/dog/chickens) you can relax wonderfully. Basel can be reached in 20 minutes by car/train. Beuggen train station is within walking distance (1.5 km). Right next door is a children's playground and the forest with beautiful walking and cycling trails is a few minutes' walk away. The cozy apartment with a double bed, sofa and desk is located in the middle of the trade fair area in a quiet backyard. From here it is a 5-minute walk to the Messe Basel, the Musical Theater, or the Badischer Bahnhof. Bus line 30 to downtown stops just around the corner. Our guests also have an Apple computer, a large TV with Netflix, a PlayStation 4 and super fast Wi-Fi. No kitchen, no balcony and no kettle available.
