Holiday rentals with breakfast in Ios

Charming place to stay and we were looked after extremely well.

This place is amazing! It looks much better than the pictures! You almost have a private beach to yourself! Umbrellas and sun loungers await you at the beach. You can hear the waves of the sea from the house. The bay is beautiful, there are also goats walking around. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden, also at your disposal. Air conditioning works ok. The host greeted us with a full fridge :) The only thing I have to fault is cleanliness. On the day of our arrival we had to clean the house a bit to feel fully comfortable. I will definitely come back!

Magical stay at Georgios's, in a beautiful house with stunning views of the great blue. We hope to be back! Georgios is a delicious host, who welcomed us very kindly, with a fridge filled with water bottles and refreshments. We always had help if needed, answers to our questions. Communication was easy because Georgios lived in a house above, without the proximity being a problem. Iro, her daughter, was very welcoming with my daughter of the same age. I was very hot one night, because the bedrooms do not have air conditioning but only a fan. However, we liked it because this solution is more eco-friendly. We loved our stay in this beautiful traditional home. Evangelia was so helpful with local recommendations and helping us get around the island. The home is in a quieter part of Santorini which is nice to come back to after a busy day amongst the crowds of tourists. We especially loved the delicious breakfast provided every morning backdropped by the amazing view of the Aegean Sea! We felt right at home in this amazing accommodation!

From the time of reception to the time of departure, the accommodation and the staff were simply fantastic. Simply recommended!! We travel a lot and have to admit that what we have been offered here has only been once. Great team horny space.

Magical is how I would describe Pantelis’s place. It is in a secluded cave village and that alone is so cool, but the thought and detail he has put into this space is outstanding. The sunset views from the patio are worth it alone, but you get a peaceful feeling being away from all of the hustle and bustle of town. Pantelis provided me with some food to get me going and invited me to a wonderful homemade dinner with some of his friends. He really made my visit unique and memorable. None of the other islands have compared now! Thirassia itself is small but I really enjoyed exploring it. There is a trail right outside the house that connects you with most of the main sites on the island. I fell in love with the kitties, Agrilita in particular she was such a doll and had three kittens with her. She stole my heart and so did Thirassia. I will be back! Thank you Pantelis for creating such a beautiful space and sharing it with me!

The house has a stunning view and fully fully equipped. From the towels to bathroom materials and from the projector to the wine cooler every detail is well-thought and elegant. Katerina was very helpful and responsive; and Maria was very nice to us. I strongly suggest this house everybody who wants to enjoy Ios to the fullest.

We had a fantastic stay here. The place is beautiful, exactly as pictured. The view is stunning and is a quick and easy walk to where all the shops and restaurants are. Everything was clean and comfortable, breakfast was lovely and always fresh. Most importantly to us, the staff were helpful, kind and responsive. Made everything easy with no stress for us. Exactly what we were looking for, a simple but luxurious room, perfect for a couple, with a private hot tub, immaculate view and great location. So happy we found Βασο’ς place, would absolutely stay here again!

This place was one of the best locations to pick on the island. Perfect view for sunset, great location near shops and restaurants, and overall well worth the price. Plenty of space to stay in and cook or many different restaurants with amazing atmosphere near by. Outside and inside seating allows for lots of comfort and the tub is the perfect spot to look over towards the sea. 10/10 recommend, no complainants! Would stay here again and for longer if I could!

We had the most wonderful week staying in Antiparos at Fanni’s lovely apartment. The terrace has a glorious view looking out over the blue seas and local islands, framed by pink bougainvillea. The apartment was very clean and well-managed and we had regular cleaning and changes of linen. The kitchen is not equipped for elaborate cooking but for breakfast and light lunches it was perfect! Fanni gave great recommendations for delicious tavernas around the town. The cool sea breezes and air-conditioning also meant we had very good nights sleep, despite the summer heat. The neighbouring apartments were quiet and respectful. Thank you Fanni!

We had a great time and thank the whole team and in particular Panos who was lovely to us! I would recommend it in a second.

We were really happy with our stay at Nikoletta's studio. She took care of us, with kindness, through her hospitality and advice (very helpful!). The house is in an excellent location, opposite the Chora and a 5-minute bus ride from Mylopothas beach. All the main services and places of the village are within walking distance, and the bus stop is very close.

Nikos made our brief stay in Santorini easy to navigate and their assistant Kostas was equally great! Kostas provided recommendations and informed us of places to go/things to do as well as helped us sort out our transfer. The walk to the place was a little rough in the heat after an early morning, but Kostas took our carry on bags and made it look effortless. Definitely recommend this amazing place!

Great stay! Konstantina, at the front desk, is so nice and friendly!!!! Great communication and willing to help with everything. Booked a car transfer for us and a reservation at a restaurant nearby. The airbnb is very nice with a great shower. The view is beautiful and the jacuzzi was nice in July.

A breathe taking experience, extremely unique clean, and beautiful. The host was lovely and communicated very well. It’s right on the main strip of Oía, but at the start of the street so you won’t have as many crowd issues during the high season. We went in September so there was no issue with crowds regardless, but I’ve seen photos of how crowded the city gets. Thanks again!

This is it!! My husband and I made thee absolute best decision staying here during our elopement. Comfortable bed and pillows, a breathtaking view, free breakfast delivered at your preferred time, perfect location, and the host, Despina, went above and beyond! She has such a warm presence and is proactive at communicating to ensure you have a seamless experience. She arranged a private driver, George Fousteris, at our arrival from the airport, allowed us to check-in early, gave us a complete rundown of activities/attractions, and was only a text away if we needed anything. On our wedding day, Despina was also kind enough to send champagne with our breakfast and reserved us a private table at Volkan for our elopement dinner. You won’t regret it here. We would come back to Santorini just to stay at Imera Suites!

Peaceful, private, and beautiful area to stay and still walkable to others areas on the island. Their host Eleni is incredible by providing friendly service and booked all our activities for us (catamaran cruise, massages, photo shoot, and taxi) with strong communication! Her help made our trip memorable and less stressful. Breakfast was delicious and appreciate all the staff to make our stay fantastic!

My stay was great and it was close to everything. The perfect place to take pictures and see the view. The hostesses Natasha and Vagelis were exceptional. They helped us with reservations, restaurants, and things to do around Santorini. The breakfast was delicious. The room was perfect. But the bathroom was a little small but it’s Santorini so I understand. The room had everything we needed including A/C. The price was a little high but you pay for the view and it was beautiful and lovely. We enjoyed our stay in Santorini. If you need a tour or anything, your hostess can help you with anything you might need. A little advice when you go to Santorini bring as little luggage as you can because you do have to walk a lot. Everything was amazing and beautiful.

Great place, close to everything, nice view. Friendly host, she provided great information about tourism places. The lady who did the buffet, nice presentation and beautiful food. I recommend the place.

This place has it all, and the location is perfect. Vagelis is one of the best Airbnb hosts we’ve had—nothing was too much trouble, and his mum’s breakfast was a lovely touch. He also arranged our airport transfers, which made things easy. The BnB is right on the walking path between Imerovigli and Oia, just steps from great restaurants (don’t miss The White Lounge). The views are stunning, especially at sunset. It’s a 30-minute walk to Fira with shops and restaurants along the way. We walked to Oia and back in a day—just over four hours total. The place itself was spotless, well-equipped, and had nice extras like robes and slippers. Breakfast arrived on time every morning and was delicious. We explored a lot, and we’re so happy we picked this BnB. I’ll recommend it to anyone visiting Santorini.

Our experience was amazing, we had such a good time by just going for a walk around the area. Flora, was more than perfect, an incredible host and friend, she took care of us even before check-in was possible. I would recommend this place to anyone going to Santorini, the place is just like the pictures so do not hesitate to book it. Also, in my personal opinion it has the perfect location in Oía, you get the beautiful views with a piece of privacy. We will gladly go back someday… A&R ❤️
