Für Wanderer, Radfahrer, Skifahrer und Biker ideal. Eigene E-Ladesäule vorhanden. Wir und unsere 2 Katzen wohnen im gleichen Haus im EG und 1. Stock. Gemeinsamer Hauseingang.

Unsere stilvolle Ferienwohnung liegt auf einem Einödhof im Grünen. Vom Balkon aus blickt man direkt auf die Berge und kann die Ruhe genießen. Egal ob Kind, Hund, Pferd oder Motorrad, wir haben für alle einen Platz. Unser Grillplatz darf gerne genutzt werden oder einfach mal die Seele baumeln lassen im Liegestuhl. Die Tiere können nach Absprache in unserem Beisein besucht werden. Fahrräder stehen auch zur Verfügung. Hochstuhl, Buggy, Babyreisebett sind ebenso vorhanden.

The apartment is located on the quiet, green Miesbacher Riviera, from which it takes only 5 minutes to get to the center and the train station. By car, it is 15 minutes to the highway, Lake Schliersee, Lake Tegernsee and the mountains. Munich is 🚆 45 minutes away by train. There is a fully equipped kitchen with access to the terrace, a room with a double bed and a room with a single bed and desk. I look forward to welcoming many guests from all over the world. 🌍

Our old barn with a cowshed from 1866 was completely restored and renovated a few years ago into a residential building with an adjoining small tiny house (formerly a sheepfold and workshop).
