You will stay in a listed old building from the 19th century. century, distinguished by the elegant facade of the Neurenaissance as well as the high ceilings with stucco. The 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom will be completely refurbished in 2024 and equipped to a high specification.

The quietly located apartment on the outskirts of Oberaltertheim is located in a two-family house. The small Franconian village is idyllically nestled in the Altbachtal southwest of Würzburg. The A81-Gerchsheim federal highway is only 4 km away and the A3-Kist is about 8 km away. In the village there is a bakery and butcher shop, as well as an organic farm shop (only open on weekdays) and an ATM. A few kilometers away there are other grocery stores and gas stations in neighboring towns

On the small terrace overlooking the flowers and vegetable garden, you can enjoy the atmosphere or end the day in the evening in front of the cozy wood-burning stove.

Würzburg is 15 km away - the highway connection is 4 km away. In the village there is EDEKA, an excellent butcher, a good inn, a baker, as well as a gas station. The apartment has a separate entrance. A cat and a friendly dog also live on the property.
