Great location across the street from Irvine Spectrum Center. Also the apartment community has lots of amenities and walkable areas and a park. Felt like home.

We loved our stay! The place was quiet, private, and felt very safe. The pool was perfect, and everything was just as pristine as pictured. Communication was great—clear instructions and super easy check-in. Would absolutely stay again!

My daughter got married at Casa Romantica and this was a perfect location. It is also walking distance to Avenida Cabrillo and Avenida del Mar where there is a variety of shops and restaurants. The beach is also close, about 1/2 a mile or so, if you are in the mood to relax to the sound of the waves. I was very pleased with my stay. Thank you.

Such a beautiful home. Celebrated my moms 60th birthday at the beach and got to relax and unwind in the balcony & in the cozy living room. All the rooms were clean and comfortable. We look forward to visiting again!

We had a great stay at this home. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and towels were super soft. House had great designs and decor. Even had additional items available such as makeup remover, floss, q-tips that were useful for us! Host was kind and communicated well. We enjoyed our time and would come back in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at Susan’s. The house was comfortable for the entire party, with 3 full bathrooms! The yard was huge and beautifully landscaped. We enjoyed the fire pits as well. Susan was very friend and responsive and communication was great. Would definitely stay again!

Tarik was very responsive, flexible, and professional throughout the entire process, even when a small hiccup occurred on my end. Such a nice home well taken care of. The pictures are exactly what it looks like in person. So much to do for the kids , great location super close to Disneyland. 2 mi away from Costco love that especially with such a big family. Max guests are 11 , 6 beds for the kids 2 kings one in each room for parents and a pull out bed in the couch that’s actually very comfortable as well. Love this home and definitely excited to check out the other 26 themed locations James has. He is an awesome host very responsive and quick. Thanks for the food and snacks that you have complimented us with!

Great host with a great place! We loved the pool and spa area ! Loved the little lunch market next to the pool and the 24 hour gym was a bonus!

Booked for the rooftop pool view and it did not disappoint. The parking spot was a nice bonus. The unit itself was nice. Comfy bed, big tv, very clean. As others mentioned, it’s very bright; bring an eye mask if you don’t want to be up with the sunrise.

I cannot find the words to describe how incredibly lovely this rental was!!!! From the moment you step in, you don’t want to leave. Corner unit with incredible views, so peaceful and tranquil, it was like being on a nature retreat/getaway! Beautiful amenities and furnishings in every room. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Host left an overly generous welcome basket, some items in refrigerator, flowers and welcome card that were tremendously thoughtful. Host was very quick to respond on a couple of occasions that a question arose. I visit the area often as I have family there and, I so very much hope that this unit is available the next time I plan a trip to Southern CA.

We had a wonderful stay at this 2-bedroom apartment with our young child. The place was comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The provided stroller was a thoughtful touch and made exploring the area so much easier for us. Communication with our host was smooth and check-in was quick. We highly recommend this place to anyone traveling with kids - thank you for a great experience!

Really nice resort that only felt crowded on Saturdays. We stayed in 2500 building that was newly renovated. They are undertaking several remodels which makes getting to the main building a little bit of a hike but the lower pool is easy to access. The 4000+ buildings have the best views of the ocean but be cognizant of road noise. There are standard items like salt and pepper, tp, soap, etc in the rooms. Grocery is close by with TJ’s around the corner.

I came for work and stayed for the surf. A perfect set up for hitting the local break. There’s even an outdoor shower to clean off after. Kitchen had all the supplies needed. Great home base, definitely recommend
