It is the best starting point to visit the city by walk without having to worry about a car.

Il comprend une cuisine, une chambre, Salle de bain (espace partagé avec la chaufferie et la pompe de la piscine) et WC. Vous bénéficiez également de l’accès à la piscine (mise en service de juin à mi septembre). Nous sommes également idéalement situés dans la campagne pour les randonneurs, vttistes et coureurs (trail).

The 20 m2 accommodation is on the first floor with independent access. 9 min walk from the train station, 17 min walk from the city center, close to the Zenith and the Highway, (Giant casino at 50m, with bakery, pharmacy, …). A second home in the building is available by Air Bnb

The accommodation is a 2-minute walk from the University Hospital (CHU) and the Faculty of Letters and Medicine. Bus lines 10 and 14 are close by. Shops are also available within walking distance (bakery, pharmacy, Carrefour City, bank, Burger King, PICARD frozen food, etc.)
