We thought the home was fantastic and close to everything we wanted to see. Marina gave great recommendations for food. The home was very clean and quiet and has great amenities.

An AirBnB we had previously booked cancelled on us the day before our trip the Venice. Beautiful, cozy, and charming place. You feel at home. The hosts are here to help. Dog people are very quiet. They won't come to you unless you want to. They can't get into the house. If you are afraid of dog, they would keep your distance; if you love to play with dog, they would be friends with you.

Great find, right in the centre of the city. A wonderful choice for where to spend your days in Venice.

Our stay at Beatrice’s place was fantastic. The apartment was well-kept, cozy, and ideally located. Beatrice was incredibly kind and always ready to help with anything we needed. Venice was stunning, and having such a comfortable place to return to each day made the experience even better. Would absolutely recommend!

Our stay was great!! Alessandro was kind enough to pick us up from the train station. He showed us maps of where to go and had restaurant recommendations. He gave us a tour around the house. There is a beautiful lawn that we could use. The house is very spacious, private and within 15 minutes walking distance to everything. Well appointed kitchen. We enjoyed our stay here very much.

We had a wonderful stay at Marco's house. It is very pleasant, the private garden is a very appreciable plus, the house is very well maintained, well arranged, and very clean. The neighborhood is much quieter than the more touristy neighborhoods that can be easily reached on foot or by boat. Irene, who was our contact during our stay, was very attentive to our requests and informed us each time with great responsiveness and efficiency. We really enjoyed staying in Venice in this neighborhood and in Marco's house.

Great location near the Biennale, but away from the tourist crowds. Marco was very friendly and responsive. Would recommend to anyone going to the Biennale or a quiet place 10 mins from central Venice

We stayed at Gilberto’s place in Villa Roma for my stag do weekend, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Gilberto and his wife were absolutely wonderful hosts — incredibly kind, caring, and genuinely thoughtful throughout our entire stay. From picking us up from the station to helping us with taxi numbers and local recommendations, they went above and beyond in every way. You can tell they really care about making guests feel welcome and comfortable. The villa itself was spotless, spacious, and beautifully kept, a true gem in Jesolo. It had everything we needed and more, making it the perfect base for my stag weekend. We couldn’t have asked for a better place or more gracious hosts. Thank you Gilberto and your lovely wife for making our trip so memorable

Beautiful large apartment, with a very tasteful, cozy decor, spotless! 2 great bathrooms, a very nice large terrace, the terrace is located on the side of the house, so you can also see the sea from there. Right next to the building complex, the beach promenade and the access to the beach, with free reserved loungers! Underground parking space also free! Our landlord Mattia personally welcomed us, showed and explained the apartment, the beach and everything worth knowing about the apartment! Always available, very supportive with any concerns or possible questions! The apartment is really a gem and in combination with the perfect service of the hosts an absolute recommendation! We felt very comfortable. The location is great! Everything within walking distance! Great cafes, restaurants, boutiques, etc.! Initial equipment excellent! Coffee machine also available with initial equipment! :-) always again with Vibra!

The accommodation is beautiful and located in a very quiet area – perfect for switching off and relaxing. The entire complex is reminiscent of the Tuscan landscape and exudes a wonderful, Mediterranean atmosphere. Despite several parties, there is a lot of privacy here, which we greatly appreciated. Everything was very clean, well maintained and lovingly designed. A small point deduction: the kitchen could be a little better equipped. Otherwise, it was an all-round successful stay – we will be happy to come back!

We really enjoyed a chilled out week at Luisa’s house. The property itself is exactly as per the photos - modern and sleek design, a lovely swimming pool and wonderful outdoor space (especially for our dog, though to begin with they were very curious of the peacocks and hens in the neighbouring field that you also have access to, which you can view from the windows/fence 🙂). We felt really relaxed and at home there. The walk into town is around 20 minutes, where you can find restaurants, bars (nearest is called Ae Poste 3.0 😉) and a supermarket. Luisa was an accommodating host, only next door if you needed anything, and provided us with some helpful recommendations for the local area and Venice and Treviso for day trips. All in all, we’d have no hesitation to recommend and would love to return!

We had a wonderful time at Adriana's cottage! Both Adriana and Eugenio were very friendly and welcoming. We felt immediately at home! The cottage itself is very roomy and looks exactly like pictured. Everything was very tidy and clean. The garden is gigantic and our dog had a lot of fun exploring and playing here. In the immediate vicinity there is a pizzeria (Surli) that has the best pizza we ever had in our lives! Highly recommended! Anything from Venice to Treviso and Padua is very easy to reach by car and there are a lot of opportunities for day trips. In the immediate surrounding of the house it is however not ideal to go for long walks. There's a road with no walkway and you can't go very far crossing the surrounding fields. That was however the only small downside to an otherwise wonderful vacation with lovely hosts at a wonderful location.

This was a great place to dip in and out of the hustle and bustle of Venice while having some space to relax. Especially with a toddler it was really nice to have all the outdoor space and amenities - he was way more interested in the sandbox and trampoline than canals.

La Casetta Rossa offers a strategic location for access to the bike path along the Po. It is ideal for those who want to visit the mouth of the Po but at the same time relax. In fact, it is surrounded by greenery and very quiet. The king-size beds are very comfortable. Very large rooms.

We wanted to visit Padua & Venice. Great place to stay to visit both cities! Appartement felt like home, very safe, everything we needed was there. Everything was clean, bed was comfortable, good shower,… would book again! 😊

Andrea is truly an exceptional host. During my stay, she made me feel incredibly comfortable and at ease. Since it was a last-minute booking, I was worried there might be issues, but Andrea reassured me without hesitation and even came to pick me up. She is warm-hearted, kind, and gentle — such a lovely person. The room was absolutely beautiful — even more stunning and cozy than the photos. It had everything I needed and was perfectly equipped. Honestly, it was just perfect. I felt so happy staying here. Thank you so much, Andrea!

We loved staying here - our little boy (21 months) really enjoyed the huge garden space, playing hide and seek and just having fun. The space is even better than the photos suggest - it was quite idyllic. Very easy to access Venice by public transport and to drive to other locations. Lots of hidden gems in the area, and a great place to visit. A big thank you to Alberto for being a really lovely host.

The apartment is located in the historic center in a perfect location to access all services. Perfectly renovated apartment, full kitchen, bathroom with shower, parquet flooring everywhere and air conditioning. Communication with Andrea was perfect for all the info. Convenient parking within walking distance. Very quiet street. Given the proximity, we took the opportunity to go to Venice for the day. Absolutely nothing negative to report.

Filippo’s apt is cozy & comfortable. The bed is good, & there were lots of towels and a clothes washer. The location is wonderful’ close to a beautiful piazza & the boat moorings for trips to. Venice & around the lagoon. Filippo’s partner Stesy was very helpful with local restaurants & advice about taking the boats. An excellent stay!

Valeria and Paolo are very good hosts. Even before the trip, they gave us good tips. You were always immediately available. Check-in was very straightforward. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and offers plenty of space. The roof terrace overlooking the sea and to enjoy the sunsets is magnificent. The apartment is in a good place, the bus stop is practically at the front door and the bus runs every 20 minutes. The possibility to be on the beach, in nature and yet so quickly in the old town of Venice was very much enjoyed by our family, with teenagers. Thank you for the wonderful time in Alberoni.

Nicolò was very helpful, he even allowed us to check in a few hours earlier. The house looks like the photos, with the host provided some snacks to make the environment more familiar. Definitely, if we come back, we'll opt for Nicolò's place.
