This Charming Villa has belonged to our family for a very long time. Since we all had been living abroad, the Villa had been empty for nearly a decade. In spring 2018, we came back and started a hard but fruitful work of renovation all by ourselves, and now we are ready to offer YOU the opportunity of discover the beauties of Venice setting our Villa as Your warm and cozy shelter. It is only 1 minute walk from Bus Stop and 5 minutes walk for supermarket, restaurants and beautiful public beach.

The property is located in Berra (Fe). Guests, (up to 6) have the entire floor with independent bathroom and jacuzzi (about 160sqm): entrance, large living room, dining room, a large kitchen and porch furnished with wooden table and barbecue. The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms, to which it is possible to add an additional single bed. Kitchen complete with everything you need.
