Beachfront holiday rental in Istanbul

The locations of the Apartment was perfect! Close to everything in Kadiköy, central, and very secure. We loved the cozy atmosphere and Guff was responsive and flexible, even when we arrived earlier than expected, he helped us get settled in. The apartment was clean and the living room is really cozy too! We also loved the cafes near the house, especially Kanca! It was 5 minutes to the bars in Kadiköy and also like 10 minutes to the Metro. To sum it up, our time was great :)

Ece was an exceptional host, and our stay in her place was fantastic! The apartment was conveniently located in a vibrant and secure neighborhood of Kadikoy, with plenty of great restaurants and nightlife options within walking distance. Ece was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel right at home. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to experience the lively side of Istanbul!

Wir waren super zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder! Mohamed war sehr freundlich und flexibel, kam extra zum Apartment und hat uns alles gezeigt. Bei Problemen war er sofort erreichbar. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Das Apartment hat eine tolle Lage direkt am Meer und über der Istmarina Mall wo es tolle Restaurants und Läden gibt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Meine Familie und ich waren äußerst zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Der Meerausblick war ein Traum und die Wohnung entsprach den Bildern. Man konnte alles super gut mit dem Auto erreichen und auch mit der Fähre vom Sarıyer Hafen, der in der Nähe von der Wohnung war, war alles super erreichbar. Zafer Bey war ein guter Host und war immer schnell erreichbar. Bei entstandenen Problemen hatte er immer eine Lösung. Unser Check-In und Check-Out verlief super einfach und reibungslos durch die Anleitung von Zafer Bey. Im Großen und Ganzen kann ich diese Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Jeder Cent hat sich gelohnt!!!

Check in war einfach. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und hat alles was man selbst für den Aufenthalt benötigt. Außerdem ist die Lage super, relativ zentral und umgeben von Hotspots. Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend, genau wie es sich gehört. Im ganzen eine absolute Empfehlung. Mit dem buchen der Wohnung hier, macht man nichts Falsch.

This is our second time staying at dear Gülcan's villa. It will be our first choice for every trip to Istanbul from now on. We feel very comfortable in the villa as a family. After touring Istanbul all day long and returning to the villa, we entered a real paradise. There is a magnificent sea view and all the luxurious details have been considered. We loved the jacuzzi, sauna, and cinema room. We had a great time in the big garden. Hüseyin Bey helped us a lot to make us comfortable in the villa. Wundervoller Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert! Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus! Alles war genauso, wie wir es uns erhofft hatten – wenn nicht sogar besser. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und bot unserer Gruppe von 10 Personen mehr als genug Platz, um sich rundum wohlzufühlen. Ein besonderes Highlight war die Lage: Das Meer und ein wunderschöner Strand lagen direkt vor der Tür – ideal für spontane Badeausflüge oder entspannte Abende mit Meeresrauschen im Hintergrund. Auch der Gastgeber war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auf unsere Fragen hat er immer schnell und zuverlässig reagiert, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen – absolute Empfehlung!

This was a last minute booking, but Fatih was responsive to our request for previewing before booking. Nice Apt with views of the water, pool spa amenities available in Raddison for additional fees. Waterfront Park and jogging/running path. Free parking spot for the car. Will rent again if Istanbul again.

Barbaros was a superhost in many regards. He met us on our first evening and we had dinner at the restaurant that he owns, just across the street from the apartment. He showed us where to go in Istanbul and called a Hamam for me to get the price. I was even able to visit his wife - a Dentist - the next day to look at a tooth ache I had. Barbaros and his staff were extremely kind and quick to respond to any question we had. The apartment is located next to a busy road, so you hear some traffic and honking at times. We got used to it. The internet is fast and we did several video calls for work from the apartment. I recommend staying here so you can experience warm Turkish hospitality.

Great old-school 2 bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor - no fuss, but just what you need. Feels like being at your grandma's vacation home. Really central, 2 minutes walking from the port and the restaurants. We loved our stay on the island. Bring earplugs tho, the seagulls and crows can get really loud at night on the surrounding roofs, and the windows are all single-pan - so zero sound insulation.

The apartment was exactly as described, with qualitative furniture and very clean. Even though it was near the mosque, because of the qualitative windows we were not disturbed by the prayers which was a big plus for us. The location was very nice, with super view from the living room, close to Sariyer, Bebek and it was also very easy to manage going to the Asian side by boat. Nearby are plenty of restaurants, markets, always available parking spots. Mr Batuhan was very kind, accommodated our needs very quickly and shared useful information on what we needed. For sure a great place to stay of you want a peaceful place in busy Istanbul.

Die Unterkunft war sauber, top ausgestattet und gut gelegen im Stadtteil Üsküdar. Man kommt fussläufig zügig zur Metro- und Busstation sowie zu nahegelegenen Restaurants und Cafés. Das Highlight ist der Blick vom Wohnzimmer auf den Bosporus sowie die Dachterrasse. Wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit in Taners Appartement. Absolut zu empfehlen!
