In a 4500 sqm space, there is a beautiful tropical garden with an adult and children's pool with a whirlpool, male and female bathrooms, a shower, a lounge chair and a sun umbrella. The Maré Alta apartment is on the second floor and differs from the others in that it has 3 bedrooms. There are two parking spaces, one covered and one uncovered, for each apartment!

The condo is built on an uneven area, so there is a staircase along the way that leads to the apartment (not recommended for the elderly).
