PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION CAREFULLY: The kitnet is on the second floor, where there are a total of three units. Access to this unit is through a shared corridor, which passes in front of the other two studio apartments. Only the hallway is in common use; each accommodation is independent. Approx. 800 meters from the beach. Visitors and pets are not allowed. We don't have a garage. There's a camera at the gate entrance. We do not provide bed linens or bath towels. Before finalizing the booking, ask any questions you may have.

PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The place to be rented is on the 3rd floor. The garage can hold up to 2 cars. The distance from the beach by car is 3 minutes. 13 minutes on foot. Guests are responsible for bringing their own bed linen, towels and personal accessories. The co-host is always on-site. The location will also be sent to the guest as soon as the reservation is made, as the system incorrectly entered the house number.

No loft embora não ofereça estacionamento, existe a facilidade de estacionar bem próximo em duas praças públicas, sendo uma em frente e outra logo ao lado .

This is a totally independent house, located 100 meters from the beach, safe, easily accessible and with an excellent location. The house is at street level and has no stairs. It's very cool and the room has air conditioning. We have a private and covered garage, in front of the property. The guest will be very well received with courtesies (mineral water, coffee and biscuit). And we have a differential: The TV (42") has a BOX of channels, series and movies released.
