Holiday rentals with breakfast in Ithaca

Truly cozy little cottage; comfortable, simple, and perfect for our needs. Perhaps a bit "rough around the edges," but it's not without charm. Organic breakfast was a nice touch. Beautiful, quiet and very rural location with downtown Ithaca only 10 minutes away.

Great experience at Lili's! We brought our senior dog, Nala for a pupcation with us and Lili's home was perfect for our little family of 3. Definitely room for more if your family is bigger. Loved all the little touches like actual butter and eggs waiting in the fridge along with fresh local apples (holy COW those empire apples were insanely good), dog towels and instructions on paths to explore around the property, very comfortable couch and bed to relax in after a long day of exploring. I'm a celiac and have to eat GF and loved seeing things like GF pasta and oats in the pantry for guests- so thoughtful. We mainly came to explore Ithaca + Watkins Glen and the surrounding area and were blown away by how dog friendly everything was! Will quickly leave recs here if you are GF and want to know the best places to gorge yourself: Brekkie/Lunch-> Cafe Dewitt in Ithaca, Dinner-> North Star Bar in Ithaca. And if you do dairy definitely get ice cream from Cayuga Creamery in Ithaca.

Kent & Terri’s place is perfect. You can tell that they care about making your stay as enjoyable as possible. A beautiful spot, very clean, with everything you might need. We’ll definitely be back!

Such a cozy and welcoming place! It had everything we needed and more. Elaine was so welcoming and thoughtful. She left snacks for us in the fridge and even included dairy free yogurt for my lactose intolerant daughter. We would love to come back!

Jennifer’s place was an oasis for 3 of us! The space went beyond our expectations with all the amenities and small touches provided. The view was just stunning. Definitely one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in, and looking forward to booking again very soon!

This was by far our favorite stay in our coastal travel. We could tell there had been lots of love in that home. It was the perfect stay after some long travels. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. There were so many farm fresh touches that just made it over the top! My only regret is not booking more than one night!

To be honest, I would love to have a little studio exactly like that to live in... I'm retired and that would be perfect for me and my 12 lb havanese... It was a little out of the way, but I'd highly recommend to anyone...

I visited this beautiful lakeside house with my wife and my parents on memorial day weekend! The host couple are very friendly, experienced and have planned all amenities very thoughtfully. We enjoyed solving the puzzles, kayaking in the lake at sunset and just relaxing with the lakeside view. The kitchen is equipped with modern amenities which enabled us to enjoy cooking at home. We visited watkins glen state park and Niagara falls while staying here. I highly recommend this gem in the finger lakes region!!

Beth’s apartment matched its description to a “T” as a comfortable, clean and well-equipped lodging space in Tully, NY. I couldn’t have been happier with this accommodation and recommended it highly. I certainly plan to book in the future.

Mj was great, very responsive and overly accommodating! location of the flat was perfect. Living space was well maintained and it felt like home upon walking in. Safe neighborhood and walking distance to local night life and some of the best pizza upstate offers!

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our 2-night stay at Melanie's place. The apartment was clean, neat, modern, and so nicely decorated. Her home is in a quiet, private, wooded setting that's a short drive from Ithaca - what a great location! Melanie was friendly and messaged us several times during our stay to make sure it was going well. As others have mentioned, we really appreciated the snacks (granola bars, yogurt, instant oatmeal) and fruit that Melanie left for us. Highly recommend this airbnb if you are looking for a fully-equipped, clean and private 1-bedroom apartment near Ithaca! Check out the cool covered bridge in Newfield, only 10 minutes away. We also had a very good breakfast at the Sunset Grill just down the road from Melanie's airbnb - prices were reasonable.

I stayed at Meriams place on the front end of a work trip and the tail end too, she was very accommodating for my needs and it is a great little place. It has all, plus more of the essentials you would need and was stocked with breakfast stuff, snacks, coffee, home canned peaches and vanilla ice cream plus the towels, shampoo/conditioner, and cleaning products, extra linens, etc. were all there. Being out in the country it was secluded, quiet and far enough from lights, people and places but ideal for my work at SUNY Cortland (25 minutes) and Cornell Univ (10 min) and Ithaca (15 min) The property has a pond, gardens, a deck, unfortunately it never stopped raining long enough to enjoy them, maybe next time. Additionally it is near the Cornell Lab of Ornithology and has lots of birds around the property and is also very close to the Ithaca airport. It would be a pleasure to stay here anytime I'm in town. Very peaceful homey stay. Donna and Mark were very pleasant to interact with about general details and any questions we had. Truly outdid themselves creating a gorgeous backyard complete with perennial gardens, furniture, hot tub/pool and ambiance lighting. We had trouble figuring out the garage opener and they were there to help in less than 5 minutes. We even got to enjoy some beautiful breakfast treats and a dish of cookies! Not to mention a sweet happy birthday note, and impressive collection of photos taken of local activities/ sights to see. Would highly recommend this little home to anyone, this space was truly created thoughtfully and meticulously with their guests in mind.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We enjoyed chatting with Nancy and Sean and discovered we had many things in common, like living in Florida, traveling overseas, caregiving for parents, loving the outdoors. Nancy and I also both attended State University at Cortland and were both involved in athletics. Nancy’s homemade raspberry pie was incredible as was the breakfast she prepared. We enjoyed a short walk through part of the property and before we left, Nancy graciously took the time to share some of her amazing vegetable and flower gardens. We hope to return and enjoy this wonderful home.

Our stay at Willenaway was amazing, Kate is a wonderful host and communication was easy! She is so accommodating and made our stay so special by providing a warm homey feel (and delicious breakfast) that we’ve been missing! Highly recommend for any couple or group in need of some R&R

My wife and I stayed at Jes' place for three nights. The house is is gorgeous, with the rooms impeccably decorated and furnished. All furnishings supported the heritage of this magnificent historical mansion. I had reserved the smaller room for our stay, but Jes was very kind to upgrade us to Room 2, a very large, well-decorated room with a beautiful and very comfortable king size bed. The bathroom is very large with two separate sinks and a large shower (and separate bath tub). We took advantage of the downstairs rooms, where there are comfortable chairs for reading or just relaxing. There are beverages available to have while relaxing. I highly recommend Jes' place if you're looking to stay in the Trumansburg/Ithaca/Cayuga Lake area. You will feel very at-home and not disappointed. Make your reservation early to try to get Room 2!

We had a wonderful a wonderful time during our stay at Lesley's home. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous, their place is very cozy and comfortable, and their hospitality made us feel completely at home. The three black cats and big, friendly dog were major bonuses for us and made our stay even more joyful! We would love to come back again next year.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Renee’s home. The house is located within a few minutes’ walk of the heart of Seneca Falls, so was convenient to the main attractions (the Women’s Rights National Historical Park, the National Women’s Hall of Fame, and the It’s a Wonderful Life Museum). It’s also a great base for exploring both Cayuga and Seneca Lakes and all their attractions. Renee is an engaging host and quite an innkeeper — we had waffles one morning, and her wonderful homemade bagels the other mornings, while enjoying her company and conversation. And she gave us a number of suggestions for local touring and dining places. We would cheerfully stay there again!

All the ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐'s!!!! From the moment we arrived, we felt an overwhelming sense of peace. The stunning views, cozy room, and serene atmosphere were a true escape from the busyness of life. The property is breathtakingly beautiful, quiet, and perfect for rest, relaxation, and rejuvenation. Our hosts (and their sweet pup!!) were incredibly kind, responsive, and made us feel truly valued and cared for. The location is ideal- close to wineries, live music, great restaurants, and hiking trails. It would also be an amazing spot for a retreat, wedding, or family reunion. We can't recommend it enough and will definitely be back!

Great stay. Made a quick visit to see some of our favorite breweries easy and relaxing. Room was very nice and clean, with a great view from the deck. Complimentary breakfast was just what we needed before we walked the Gorge Trail and made our way back home.
