The ground floor area comprises a large open plan lounge, fully fitted Italian kitchen with breakfast bar & dining area, and a WC. A feature spiral staircase leads to the first floor, where there is located a small office/desk area to the landing. There are 2 double bedrooms on this 1st floor, serviced by a family bathroom and benefiting from large wardrobe fittings.

The house is located in Spartochori, Meganisi,Lefkas. This is a quiet family house located at the entrance of the village. It is newly renovated, decorated with paintings, flowers and seashells. It has stone walls that offer unique insulation from the heat and a fireplace to keep warm, a large terrace, private parking, a beautiful view of the sea and a large garden with lots of flowers. The village shops are a five minute walk from the house and the nearest beach is a 2 minute drive.
