Although it is a managed villa area, the grounds are also surrounded by greenery, so it is a highly private, single-family rental villa. It is a 3-minute walk to the entrance of the scenic Monawaki Suspension Bridge, and the national park promenade along the coast is ideal for a morning walk, taking about 40 minutes to complete one round. Izu Ocean Park and Ocean BBQ are a 15-minute walk or 3-minute drive away. You can see the Pacific Ocean from the suspension bridge and lighthouse, about a 5-minute walk, and if you're lucky, you can see a sea turtle swimming. It is about a 20-minute walk from Jogasakikaigan Station, and there are 2 free electric assist bicycles in the facility, so you can go shopping in about 10 minutes to a supermarket or convenience store without a car. Fuji from the window of the living room, BBQ on the large balcony on the back of Mt. Fuji, and after enjoying the barrel sauna surrounded by trees, you can take a bath in the forest in the resting space outside.The yard has a large fire pit where you can even talk around the fire.In addition, there is a high fence in the garden, so if you bring your dog, you don't have to worry about running away. The room has a large 90-inch screen, where you can enjoy Prime Video, Youtube, and more.At night, you can also see the starry sky if the conditions are right.
