Villa holiday rentals in Itri

We stayed at Cecilias and Emilio's house as a family of 5 at the end of October and had a wonderful time there, especially since the weather gave us sun and summer temperatures all the time. The house is part of a terraced house complex and is about 2 km from the actual Sperlonga and and this season there were almost no tourists on site, so we had the beach in front of the villa to ourselves, also the restaurants in the immediate vicinity were all already closed. The house is nicely decorated, but it has been behind it for a few years and certain areas need renovation. There were mold spots on the wall in the downstairs bedroom, and it also smelled like mold. The drain in the downstairs bathroom smelled pretty strong. And unfortunately, the WiFi was not very stable, the connection kept breaking. Apart from these restrictions, however, we felt very comfortable there.

We had a great time at Monica’s place. A very beautiful, peaceful, and enchanting place. The garden is extremely beautiful and perfect for breakfast and enjoying the sun. The views from the 2nd garden were also breathtaking. The area is very peaceful, historic, and beautiful. The hosts were very kind and responsive too. Very recommended and the price is worth the quality!

Everything is very nice. Very spacious house, beautiful terrace, well-equipped bathrooms, nice garden with swing for children, lounge chairs and sun loungers available. Real direct access to the beach. The house is complete with everything, you only need towels for the sea. Ample space for cars on the property. Everything completely matches the description. Host available, punctual, and prompt. It was definitely a great experience!!

Giovanna and Antonio are INCREDIBLE Hosts, super friendly, willing, discreet and always attentive to what you need to resolve. Worship, friendly, fraternal, and affectionate, everything you can ask for from a person in them. The house and the place, UNIQUE!!, a spectacular view of the sunrises and sunsets, the view from the kitchen, but above all from the bedroom IS MIND-BLOWING!! You feel like you own the world looking at the city of Formia and the bay from above. The gazebo in the middle of the olive trees offers you a view during the day and night with some beautiful breezes and where you can make a barbecue to your measure. The whole environment is on one side of the hosts house, but it has ABSOLUTE privacy and both Giovanna and Antonio make sure that privacy is respected. An entire experience the olive oil that they produce themselves, the fresh eggs from their chickens, the figs... if you want to live and feel like an Italian more you must stay here!

Beautiful spot, we stayed in June and it was hot outside but easy to keep cool inside without air conditioning. The scenery is outstanding and it was nice to walk around I side the secluded gated community. Well stocked all around! The kitchen had everything you needed and then some. Even a variety of Italian coffee maker sizes. Linen on the bed was beautiful. It's less than 15 minutes to Sperlonga which is a cute little non-touristy town. I'd recommend parking at the top of the hill your first trip there. Be sure to bring cash especially coins as parking in Sperlonga annoyingly only seems to accept this as payment. Sometimes the neighbors played loud music but our host was able to talk to them and there was no issue from them after that. Host was perfect and greeted us there. The house was lovely, and we had a great stay. Sperlonga beach was fantastic and we really enjoyed the town. It’s understandably difficult to park in a place like that - so be prepared for a long walk between house and car. In the house it took us a while to connect to the internet, also the kitchen was a bit short on cooking implements such as sharp knives etc. Generally a fantastic location for a family holiday though 😁

A wonderful apartment with all amenities for a comfortable stay. Antonio is very friendly and always ready to help with anything you might need. I highly recommend it.

We loved Sabina's place. Simple and essential but well-stocked and welcoming. There was nothing missing and we immediately felt at home. From the house there are two trails that in a few steps lead to beautiful terraces on the sea and in a couple of minutes to a little corner of heaven. Access to the sea is easy for children, and the water is crystal clear and full of life. Fixed mask and mouthpiece! Unforgettable sunset. A great stay in a beautiful location perfect for big groups. Tranquil and well kitted out. Cinzia is an excellent host and we couldn’t have asked for more.

Wonderful place for family gatherings, outdoor dining, lots of spaces to gather or be alone. The AC was a life saver during this heat wave. We felt like we were staying in our family’s ancestral home. Super sweet.

We had a great stay. The house is equipped with every comfort to spend a pleasant vacation. Large and comfortable spaces, nice garden. Located in a quiet area. The beach is easy to get to .

We had a fantastic holiday in this spacious villa. it was clean, fully equipment and Monica and Giuseppe warmly welcomed us. It was filled uo with coffee, shampoo, shower gel, laundry detergent, olive oil, dishwasher tabs and enough towels for the wjole family. There were beach toys available for our daughter, we enjoyed the big garden a lot and a BBQ was available with a bag of coal. I highly recommend this place for holidays and it is very suitable for bigger groups +4.

The villa is perfectly located just near the sea (3 min walk). It has three bedrooms , each of those equipped with air conditioners and bathroom. The interior inside is beautiful and comfortable, everyone has their own space and also there is a room for common time . There is everything one would need on the vacation . Our reception was very pleasant and the host and guest assistant have been available all the time should we need anything . Even being with a 2-year old child we have had enough space and rest! There is a magnificent garden, which not only beautiful but also has the spaces for common meals, rest and sunbathing. Everything is very thought through, so I would highly recommend the villa and hope we will come next year as well!

What a beautiful location near the ocean! The house is lovely and we enjoyed cooking a few meals, sitting on the terrace soaking in the sun and ocean view. Remo was very responsive and the property caretaker, Luigi, was there to greet us, show us around, and answer any questions we had. Lovely uncrowded pool and ocean access. What a way to start our one-week visit before heading to busy Rome!

The house is beautiful and the views are INCREDIBLE! The hill to get to the house is very steep but worth it for the most beautiful vista. We couldn’t stop talking about how much we loved the house and especially the garden, just stunning and we ate outside for every meal.

It was a pleasure to stay with Marco again. The house has been recently renovated (floors, fixtures, bathrooms), clean, has every comfort, very functional, is designed for every need. Perfect for our family with children and grandparents, everyone has their own space. Very close to the sea (clean and with an equipped and efficient establishment), it offers the swimming pool in the residence, convenient for children. Fully functional WiFi for remote working. Marco is always available and welcoming, ready for every little need we had. A beautiful vacation!

We stayed at this beautiful villa in two couples and two children, unfortunately only for 5 days. The villa is surrounded by an endless and very well-kept park with a wonderful pool and a very comfortable outdoor area! The interior is very spacious But the outside is the most beautiful part, it also has a comfortable brick barbecue very useful! The owners were always available and very kind and made us feel at home, always available and ready to give us a thousand directions! Thank you so much for everything! We will definitely be back!! I had the pleasure of staying in Salvatore's house in Rio Claro with my family and the experience was simply wonderful. The house is beautiful and quiet, a real retreat perfect for relaxing. It was extremely clean and well cared for, and there was everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well-equipped, making it easy and enjoyable to prepare meals. In addition, the garden is a corner of paradise where we could enjoy the sun and quiet moments. A great advantage of the house is the proximity to the sea, which is beautiful and easily accessible. With a walk to the beach we enjoyed the blue flag sea. A special thank you goes to the hosts, who were very kind and helpful. They made our stay even more enjoyable with their hospitality, hospitality and attention to detail.

Piccolo Paradiso is a well appointed villa high on a hill above Formia with a gorgeous view of the sea and the peninsula of Gaeta. The hosts Antonio and Lucia were very responsive to a few initial issues we encountered. Also, we hired Lucia for a special cooking class and dinner one evening - which was a great experience! This property is very special indeed.

I love this villa, we were there last year, we came back this year and we will definitely visit it next year. Incredible atmosphere, privacy, mountain and sea views, nature, the villa is very green, there is a private pool. The beach is 15 minutes away by car, supermarkets too. Beautiful sunsets. Mosquito repellent is a must. I would highly recommend this villa.

An excellent villa and a wonderful host, so helpful and kind. Highly recommend the area and the place. The pool was great and made for many a relaxing day after adventures in Rome, which was a train journey away. Lots of great local restaurants where everyone was very kind and gave us lots of food and wine recommendations. Would love to return again one day.
