The apartment has 3 rooms as well as a kitchen and a full bath on 80 sqm. In addition to the double bed in the bedroom, there is a sofa with sleeping function in the living room, which extends this apartment to an accommodation with up to 4 sleeping places. This apartment is rounded off by a separate entrance and a 20 sqm roof terrace.

The entrance is in the backyard. The first room is in the hallway, on the left a bed on the right is the cloakroom. From there it goes into the kitchen, from there to the right living room and to the right of the living room the children's room. To the left of the kitchen is the double bedroom and to the right of it is the bathroom. The nursery has an extra door to a lawn facing the street. In the courtyard there is a shed, large stone barbecue and possibility to hang laundry. Parking in the street.

Our house has 4 bedrooms and an extra sofa bed. It can accommodate 6 - 8 people. Wi-Fi + Netflix provided. Terrace + outdoor fireplace.

An optimal place to relax. Krautsand is about 4 km away and has a beautiful sandy beach. Just outside the door you will find the Elberadweg where you can take great tours by bike or on foot.
