On the terrace facing west towards the lake, there is outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Possibility to rent a rowboat with motor 20 euros/day and kayak 20 euros/day. Possibility of fishing, with a fishing license. No smoking and no pets allowed.

On the property, there is also a wood-burning sauna.

There is a chemical toilet but no shower.
