Our charming apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a 1930s building and was complete restored in 2023. Located in the heart of the Châtelain district, the apartment is ideally situated for going out for a meal / drink or for shopping around. Several bakeries and supermarkets are near by. It’s composed of an entrance with vestiaire + toilet, a living/dining room of 40m2, a fully equipped kitchen + balcony, 1 bedroom + shower, 1 bedroom + bathroom and a separate toilet in the corridor.

Luminous renovated 75m², high ceilings and very charming apartment with a sophisticated decoration and in the heart of the trendy Chatelain area (close to Louise and his high standing shops). The apartment is located 200m from one of the best bakeries of Brussels "Saint-Aulaye". The area is full of little designer shops, concept stores, trendy bars and restaurants and there's a lovely market every Wednesday on the main square located 400m from the apartment. The place to be :-)

Charming, very bright apartment, on the mezzanine, located in the heart of Ixelles. Right next to Avenue Louise known for its beautiful shops, Place Flagey where you can walk along the Ixelles ponds, eat or have a drink. Near the Place du Chatelain, known for its market and aperitifs in summer. 20 min walk from the Parc du Bois de la Cambre and 10 min from the city center and cinemas. The apartment is also a 10-min walk from the European Commission.

Cozy and very pleasant appartment in Ixelles

We are renting our beautiful flat during our holidays. It is very well located in Ixelles, between the famous "Place Jourdan" and "Place Flagey". You will be able to enjoy its little garden and bright, spacious living areas. Transport facilities, supermarkets, restaurants and parks are just a 10-minute walk away. The city centre can be reached in 20 minutes by bus (95). Bed linen and towels are included.
