Our charming apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a 1930s building and was complete restored in 2023. Located in the heart of the Châtelain district, the apartment is ideally situated for going out for a meal / drink or for shopping around. Several bakeries and supermarkets are near by. It’s composed of an entrance with vestiaire + toilet, a living/dining room of 40m2, a fully equipped kitchen + balcony, 1 bedroom + shower, 1 bedroom + bathroom and a separate toilet in the corridor.

Appartement chaleureux et super bien situé

Charmant appartement très lumineux, en mezzanine, situé en plein coeur d'Ixelles. Juste à coté de l'avenue Louise connue pour ses belles boutiques, de la place Flagey où vous pourrez vous promener le long des étangs d'Ixelles, manger ou boire un verre. Près de la place du Chatelain, connue pour son marché et ses apéros en été. A 20 min à pieds du park du bois de la cambre et 10 min du centre ville et des cinémas. L'appartement se trouve également à 10 min à pieds de la commission européenne.

Charming Duplex - Chatelain

Luminous renovated 75m², high ceilings and very charming apartment with a sophisticated decoration and in the heart of the trendy Chatelain area (close to Louise and his high standing shops). The apartment is located 200m from one of the best bakeries of Brussels "Saint-Aulaye". The area is full of little designer shops, concept stores, trendy bars and restaurants and there's a lovely market every Wednesday on the main square located 400m from the apartment. Cozy and very pleasant appartment in Ixelles

We are renting our beautiful flat during our holidays. It is very well located in Ixelles, between the famous "Place Jourdan" and "Place Flagey". You will be able to enjoy its little garden and bright, spacious living areas. Transport facilities, supermarkets, restaurants and parks are just a 10-minute walk away. The city centre can be reached in 20 minutes by bus (95). Bed linen and towels are included.

In conclusion, we are very satisfied. We had problems with the keys to the building door. We really couldn’t unlock so we rang the doorbell of someone in the building and they opened the door for us. We contacted the host and she prepared the new key on the next day. It was little bit stressful at first but thanks to the host, our stay was really comfortable. We stayed for 4 nights with 3 people but there was only 1 toilet paper. (apparently, the cleaning staff forgot to put the refill.) We bought the toilet by ourselves but the host was kind and offered us the refund cost of toilet paper. We are very satisfied with our stay. FYI, there are pods and pans in the kitchen but they are a little bit small for 3 person. But if you don’t have a plan for cooking, there is no problem. Also, there is no proper kitchen knife ( or maybe I couldn’t find it ).

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb. The place was cozy and clean, and perfectly located in the Ixelles area. It came equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable workation stay. The only thing missing was soap/shampoo, but this was clearly noted in the listing, so we came prepared. Highly recommended for anyone staying in Brussels.

This was my second stay at this apartment, and once again it was a great experience! The location is fantastic — close to Cimetière d'Ixelles, which is a lively area full of great restaurants and bars, and not far from Flagey. There are plenty of transportation options nearby, including a direct bus to the city center, which makes getting around super easy. The apartment itself is clean, well-equipped, and perfect for a comfortable stay. The only small downside is the curtains, which don’t block out the outside light very well — and there’s a streetlight right outside the window. That said, it wasn’t a deal breaker for me, and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!
