Holiday rentals with a patio in Jáchymov

The FW was great , modern and clean and beautiful large windows in the WZ. You get up every morning and have the great view of nature. The small good bourgeois restaurant Anna nearby can also be reached on foot. Nice waitress. We'd love to come back. We'd love to come back.

Great accommodation experience, spacious space, historic house, well maintained, although it was a bit difficult to move the luggage, but it was very worthwhile, it is an accommodation that must be recommended.

Nice apartment in quiet area close to grocery store. We went skiing in Klinovec for a few days which worked fine for us.

Zarina’s place is a little slice of Bohemian Heaven, more beautiful than she described. I look forward to returning.

We stayed at Zuzana's apartment for 4 nights to take a few days of ski vacation. The apartment is designed with a lot of love for detail. Everything is very modern, clean and equipped with many small extras (e.g. various charging cables, diapers, lots of toys, top brand coffee machine). Nearby is a Kaufland, so you could shop comfortably. Zuzana was great to reach and responded within a short time. We were super happy with the place and will definitely be back! Everything is great!

We stayed 3 nights on the beautiful Erzalm with the best view over Seiffen. The apartment was very nice and modernly furnished, with everything you need. A high chair and baby cot was even provided for our 11 month old son. The village center was within walking distance, restaurants, bakery, shopping are also nearby. The wellness/sauna area was very nice, which you could use all by yourself as well as the children's pool. The communication was also very nice. We will be happy to come back!

The apartment in Stollberg was really beautiful – very clean, quiet and tastefully furnished. I felt comfortable right away. I would especially like to highlight the hostess: extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. The stay was pleasant all around – absolutely recommended

A very simple accommodation with tidy amenities. Ideally suited as a starting point for hikes. Tomas is very friendly and accommodating, also responds to messages. We will certainly be back:)

The accommodation is cozy, we felt very comfortable. The view is beautiful. Everything you could need is there and it's clean. We especially liked the "space" in the garden, great to linger. And very private.

Quiet and relaxed. Survived the turn of the year with the dog. Beautiful area, local cottage and nice hosts. Conclusion: Highly recommended.

The first impression was really good, the lower living space was warm and modernly furnished and there was everything you need. The lower bathrooms were heated, but didn't get really warm. The upper bedrooms were nicely decorated, also the hallway warms the sofa really cozy and warm. The upper bathroom was nice and warm, but the shower was an adventure, at some point you had the hang of it. The street noise was uncomfortable at night, with the window open didn't go at all. But the location on the street is just like this and you can't change it. We had a lovely weekend in the spacious house and would like to mention that the small pub next door is really quaint, cozy and it's hard to find it. We can recommend the house! The house must have been built relatively new, the furniture comes from IKEA but all in all it was a great fit. Kitchen is also well equipped and has plenty of cutlery and crockery, also pots and pans, etc. were there. However, the best part of the place was the unobstructed view of nature. In the terrace you can enjoy the sunset wonderfully.

The communication in advance with the owner was very friendly and informative. When we arrived, we were shown everything. The apartment is well equipped, super clean, the beds are very comfortable. We were three families with small children. The three bathrooms were great for us and the many play opportunities inside and out delighted our children. We were completely satisfied. Thank you

Had a great time at Helena's lovely house. Lots of space, very clean, the kitchen is very well equipped, which made cooking for a large group easy. Had some issues with the sauna, but Helena was very responsive and tried to have it fixed. The house is close to Karlovy Vary and to many hiking paths.

A really beautiful, spacious, cozy apartment in the center of Karlovy Vary. The host is a pleasant gentleman who has no problem with anything, we will definitely return by arrangement 🤝

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. All living spaces are modern and cozy. Both bedrooms, which can be reached from the hallway, have their own bathroom. Ideal place for families or guests who want to sleep separately. The kitchen is well equipped and all consumables such as baking paper, Zewa roll or spices were available. We weren't expecting that. We also loved that Netflix was available on both Smart TVs. Only note: We did not know that Bad Schlema was a spa town and a tourist tax was charged. However, this was not high and of course has to be paid by every apartment owner. We will be happy to come back and recommend the apartment to our family.

***disclaimer, long post. My family and I have traveled a lot and stayed in many airbnb and never had the hospitality we received at Martin's place. we were welcomed by his mother (what a delightful woman), she made my kids so comfortable with toys, her lovely dog; the kids loved playing in the backyard although the weather was not much helpful. The area is beautiful, quiet, about 20 min drive for Kalovy Vary main attraction; so I suggest renting a car is the best way. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the Czech country side at Martin's after the noise from Praha. Martin was easily reachable and replied within 30 min of sending him a message. if you are looking for a peaceful, quiet, well rested vacation, book this place. The next time we visit back Czech Republic, we will stay in Pernink at Martin's place!

Very nice apartment and host. The host was very welcoming and available even early in the morning. Everything was super clean, organized and well above regular Airbnb standard. Location is close to the center (5 min walk) but still quiet so families can get some rest away from the crowds. One big plus which is not to underestimate is the provided parking spot as parking in the city might otherwise be tough and rules are enforced by the police. Stayed with 5 people so one of us stayed on the couch but everyone slept perfectly. The house was very quiet and no partying neighbors. Everything was nicely prepared and the introduction to the place left no questions unanswered. 5/5 can recommend, would visit again.

We booked the place for a weekend in the snow and got the full package - it was an all-around successful stay and we will definitely be back. You enter the apartment and immediately feel comfortable. Everything is exactly as the pictures and descriptions suggest. The interior leaves nothing to be desired and the accommodation is furnished with a lot of love for detail. Our highlights: the insanely great view and the bathtub with integrated sound system… Clear recommendation! :)
