My birthday weekend and Easter Sunday were truly remarkable. We rented the entire building, and everything was delightful. My family and I had an incredible time together.Parthesh was exceptionally responsive and helpful; his communication was outstanding. Parthesh was incredibly thoughtful, gifting me a bottle of wine for my birthday, which I found to be a lovely gesture. The Airbnb exceeded my expectations; the house was spotless and looked exactly like the pictures. It was fully equipped with everything necessary for a short getaway. The rooftop experience was exceptional, offering breathtaking views that added to the overall enjoyment of the stay.

Tracy was awesome, adjusting our reservation to last minute changes we needed. Quick responder and overall amazing host! Place was very clean, and in a great location to go to different shopping malls in Jax. Will book with again if we are in the area!

From the moment we arrived, this Airbnb exceeded all expectations. The host was incredibly welcoming and communicative, making check-in a breeze and offering great local tips that made our trip even more special. The home itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity we could ask for — from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy beds and high-speed Wi-Fi. The attention to detail was amazing: fresh towels, local snacks, and even a handwritten welcome note! One of the highlights was the outdoor space. Whether we were sipping morning coffee on the balcony or unwinding under the stars at night, it was peaceful and private — a true escape. The location was perfect, too. Tucked away enough to feel tranquil, but still close to restaurants, shops, and major attractions. We genuinely didn’t want to leave, and we’re already planning our return. If you’re looking for a comfortable, stylish, and relaxing place to stay, look no further. This place is a gem!

Great spot next door to Walmart super center for all your needs. Pool was huge and relaxing. Bed was suuuuupppeeeerrrr comfortable. WiFi worked great for gaming/work.

Morgan was an amazing host! She was quick to respond and accommodate our needs. The location was in the perfect area right near St John's Town Center and close to the beaches for easy commute. It was a beautiful unit that was easy to access and we felt right at home the minute we walked in. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit the area.

So many touches in this place made it great. I would highly recommend this place. We were talked about how we would love to come back we love the town as well. The location is perfect! Just a quick walk to the beach. We only got to stay one night but we are so thankful Lucy was glad to let us stay for just the night. The place was clean. Kitchen was beautiful. It does smell like an old house when you walk in But once you turn the air on it goes away. The only things that were not ideal was The bed in the front room is really hard and the tv in the living has no sound. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay!

I loved staying here, nice and very clean, beach access was literally around the corner, just be mindful of the streets surrounding the place, a lot of construction work was going on due to the bad roads, but otherwise 10/10 experience recommend to anyone visiting Jacksonville beach.

Toya's suite was defiantly was top tier one of kind i loved how responsive you were during our stay. I love how she was so accommodating the first day of us checking in. Also, the pictures do not lie. The amount of shows i was able to watch and unwind with a nice cup of tea was amazing. Super quiet neighborhood, she also had some unique board games which I also loved. Of course i was busy throughout our stay and was barley home during the demander of our stay but the time I was in there it felt like home. Also her cleaning lady was so nice and sweet to me when she dropped of something before i left the suite defiantly 10/10 for me and will be coming back hopefully soon.

Loved the salt water pool! AC units are all outside the bedroom and were kinda annoying- but I had my white noise machine and they weren’t that bad. Felt safe. Comfy space. The water quality is not the greatest but that’s out of the hosts hands. Great for the one night stay we needed it for. Pots and pans could use improvement. Otherwise all good. Hosts were responsive.

I loved the apartment and the pool was amazing but the best part was how helpful and responsive Sean was! I will stay here again!

It suited our purpose , Mayo Clinic visit. Nice to sit on the little porch, watch the fish, turtles, geese in the lake, the neighbours walking their dogs around it. Clean comfortable place. A small negative, sometimes the thud of footsteps above woke us. Thank you Michael

We had a great stay at Natalia’s cozy property! She and her husband were so accommodating and welcoming to us. The property is absolutely gorgeous, the dock is beautiful and the pool was amazing. You can tell how dedicated Natalia is to the landscaping, it’s beautiful! The apartment itself is very comfortable and the perfect size. It was also very clean! We really enjoyed our evenings and mornings out on the dock. The pool was fantastic and was my favorite part of our stay. The location is also amazing- Caps on the Water and Aunt Kate’s restaurants were both in walking distance and had amazing food! The beach is a short walk down the road and easily accessible. Downtown St. Augustine is just a short 10ish minute drive, and we loved staying in this quiet neighborhood but still having easy access to the downtown. We would definitely stay here again and thank Natalia and Steve for their welcoming hospitality! Thank you!!!

Steve was extremely responsive and kind. The Latera was a wonderful place to stay. my husband and I had a great time. The unit was very clean and exactly as described. We will be back, probably with our adult boys to golf. thank you

Lovely stay! Nice quiet area on a lake, extremely clean, plenty of blankets, toiletries, kitchen items, etc. Only 10 minutes from the airport which is perfect for when you have friends flying in.

We have stayed at this complex several times in different condos and Brianna's place is the best. She has provided a plethora of amenities such as a well stocked kitchen equipped to cook anything from pizzas to gourmet meals and pass to the gym. House keeping is impeccable. This will be our "go to" place when visiting St Augustine.
