Gabriella was very responsive when we got there the porch light had burned out and the unit was hard to find she was there by the next afternoon to have the light replaced. Very nice hostess.

Spacious, comfortable, immaculate and well stocked with many incidentals that allow their guests to comfortably manage being away from home. Tongila and Ted are thoughtful and attentive hosts and I feel grateful for my time in their home. Thank you both for being so welcoming!

Joseph and Gina were amazing hosts. They were always available to answer questions and would go above and beyond. I would recommend anyone to stay here when visiting Jacksonville Beach. Perfect for our needs and even a view of the ocean from the front bedroom balcony. Very satisfied!

Me and my kids as well as our puppies stayed a weekend at this wonderful place my kids loved the house and it was a relaxing getaway my family needed everything was just what we expected Mr.Walden is very nice and responds with no problem in a very timely matter. My family and I loved being so close to the beach - it's such a quick two block walk to the beach crossover. The townhome is spacious and there is room for everyone. The kitchen is large, which enabled us to cook. Loved using the patio for having lunch and enjoying the ocean breeze. Lots of restaurants close by as well as shopping. Maya was so easy to communicate with! Thanks for a great stay in Jax Beach!

Place was well decorated with essentially all the amenities. The kitchen appliances were all new although sometimes confusing for us seniors. Fortunately, I have the same TVs. Well located two blocks from the beach. While you can walk to the beach, best to have a car to get to the many restaurants and other attractions that are not walking distance (although there is a great restaurant across the street). I would definitely stay there again.

Maria’s Place was an amazing stay! Would definitely stay again if ever visiting Jacksonville again! Maria was very very responsive! Very friendly and understanding in her responses. A true Gem! Home looked just like the pictures! Beds were very comfy and one thing about the AC.. that air was airing! lol. No worries about that especially when it’s 95 degrees outside. Overall stay was just fantastic! We were not ready to leave! We definitely felt at home!

She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. Everything lived up to our expectations, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We had a great weekend here! Super close to the beach and had balconies to watch sunrise on. Tony and Yvette were very communicative and great at checking in with us. The place looks just like the photos and was super clean. We had everything we needed to feel comfortable. 10/10 recommend!!

David’s place was great! My wife, son and I were looking to stay in the Jacksonville Beach area and this rental did not disappoint. It is only a few short footsteps from beach access and the rear balcony provided an amazing view directly over the beach & ocean. We also found the beach area in front of the building seemed to have a lot less crowd activity than other areas down the beach near larger condo buildings.

This was a great stay for my family and I. The condo is only about three blocks to the beach. Very convenient location on Jax beach. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Great location, nice setup. 25 minutes from the beach & 25 minutes from all the stadiums & arenas. We came with dogs & the fenced in yard was convenient (though it does need a little TLC & cleanup). Hot tub was a plus.

We had such a great stay at Coco's place. It was so close to the beach and they had all of the beach gear that we needed to make our stay easy and fun. The space was very clean, spacious and decorated beautifully had included everything and more that we could have needed. We traveled with our 11-month-old and they had baby gates and a pack and play which was greatly appreciated and made things so muhc easier for us. We look forward to staying again in the future!

Our family had the sweetest time at this house! From the beautiful details on the inside of the home to being able to easily walk to the beach, stores and restaurants - it was the perfect getaway. Thankful for the space they have created!
