Beach condo holiday rentals in Jacksonville Beach

Location is beautiful with a private walk out to the beach. The outside patio was quiet and peaceful, and the accomodations were perfect for a couples get away. Easy walk to tons of restraunts and shops, whether you prefer to walk down the beach or along the main drag. Communication with the host was quick and easy, really have nothing but good things to say about the location and it's owner!

Great condo right on the beach. Clean, comfortable. Internet and TV were flawless. We tried to get it another week but it was already booked! We'll stay there again. Pat Rhyner

Great stay at this AirBnb directly on the beach! The location was awesome, steps to the gorgeous beach, and a short walk to restaurants and the pier. Beds were comfy, furniture was beautiful and clean. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Beach umbrella and chairs could be updated as they were broken but just a minor thing. Overall, we loved our stay and would love to return!

We had an amazing stay at Lamont’s! The place was spotless—cleanliness was clearly a top priority, which made settling in super comfortable. One of the best features was the incredibly easy beach access; just a short walk and you’re right on the sand. Lamont was also very responsive—any questions we had were answered almost immediately.

This Airbnb is exactly as described and more. Very clean, spacious, and close to the beach. Hillary is a kind, responsive host. Anyone would be lucky to stay here.

This was our first time visiting Jacksonville Beach and it did not disappoint, mainly because of the beautiful condo. We're already in talks to book again for our next vacation. The host ate incredible, so friendly and responsive. This really was a top notch experience.

This condo is an absolute gem and the hosts are simply wonderful. The location is incredible, quiet and peaceful and the unit is very spacious for a 2/2. The small courtyard grass area is such a wonderful area, especially with children. Max and Sara were extremely responsive and literally have everything you could possibly need at this unit. I will only stay here when visiting Jax beach for now on. Thank you Max and Sara for the wonderful trip!

Fantastic stay! Great location, beach front and pool access. The condo was pristine and updated with key amenities. Pull out couch to easily sleep 6. Scott was super responsive and even offered early check in and late check out.

Excellent communication from the host, very responsive. This unit has a great location, right on the beach. The outside of the building looks a little bit dated, but the unit has been remodeled and is beautiful and modern inside. Lots of beach toys included.

This condo is perfected located on the beautiful Sawgrass property and we enjoyed a both a round of golf and lunch at the TPC. We came to Ponte Verde for access to Mayo Clinic and this location was fantastic for that purpose yet gave our family a beautiful vacation feel in a lovely new condominium. The pictures do not do the property justice and Rita was very easy to access and made our stay pleasant from start to finish. I’d highly recommend!

I booked these accommodations for my manager and another work colleague so that they could attend a PGA Event at TPC Sawgrass and the process could not have been more seamless and smooth. The host was incredibly responsive and answered all questions quickly and thoroughly. Though I did not travel to the accommodations myself, I was told that space matched the description and photos, was clean and tidy, and was totally ready to go upon arrival. When not attending business events, my manager found the space perfect for taking virtual meetings and working remotely. I was also told that the cheese plate that was waiting upon arrival was very much appreciated as well. I happily recommend these accommodations to anyone else visiting the area.

The unit was very spacious and comfortable. The neighborhood is gated and we were right on the golf course. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the screened in porch. We were a little disappointed that we couldn't walk the trail outside of the unit except for Mondays. We didn't have a golf cart but one would have been nice to drive around the area. If there is a place to easily rent one, that information would be helpful in the guest information book. This was our first "snowbird" trip where we were gone from home for three weeks and it was nice to have a beautiful home to enjoy. We had some friends come down to join us and having the one story unit worked really well for all of us. We were also able to entertain some friends who live in Ponte Vedra Beach. Thank you for sharing your property so we could enjoy some Florida sunshine and relaxation. We highly recommend this place for a getaway.

Fabulous house, very comfortable with a beautiful setting on a lake filled with turtles and birds. Lovely grounds in the community for quiet walks. Diane is very responsive, but doesn't bother you at all. We stayed for three weeks and I hated to leave. I plan to rent from her in the future. Close to a number of nice restaurants.
