My family and I truly enjoyed ourselves. Everything was as advertised and the grandkids loved the pool. The house was in a great location and close to stores, entertainment and food spots. We will definitely love to stay here again Don't hesitate, go ahead and book your next vacation why Peter!

House was great! Kids loved the pool, plenty of area to have family visit and hang out. Enjoyed having the beach gear in the garage to use. Great area to get to the beach, run to the store etc. We loved our stay and will be back!

We have stayed here a few times. I visit with my 92 year old boss. The handicap accessibility is fantastic. Carson keeps up with things and recently made some upgrades. The bathrooms could use towel bars, but I have seen that guests are hard on those, so I understand. Looking forward to our next stay there!

We had a chance meeting Frank and Pat and it was fantastic! The house was spotless, location was perfect, we are thankful that host welcomed us with our favorite brand chocolate a bottle of red wine and vanilla ice cream. Special appreciation should be given for hot tub, koi pond in lanai, putting green and nice fenced yard. Both of our huskies loved it. Outstanding host, always quick to respond, helpful with recommendations. We tend to go new places and visit new things but future stays here are anticipated.

The place is truly outstanding — newly renovate. The air conditioning works very well, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need for cooking. The location is ideal, with great restaurants and amenities within walking distance. Clearly, they have put a lot of care and attention into the details, making the space welcoming and stylish. We highly recommend this place and would definitely return!

This was the nicest Airbnb I have stayed at. The home was spotless and the pool was super clean. The host responded quickly to questions, and was very helpful. I would highly recommend this Airbnb and would absolutely stay here again.

Steven’s place is a lovely cottage right on the river. Spanish moss everywhere and owls hanging out hunting. Phenomenal. Easy check in and well-thought out accommodations. Definitely will return. Phenomenal.

I would like to start by saying Mark and Erica were very hospitable and friendly. They were pleasant and even pulled the can back up to the house for us. The house was great they are upgrading it and it looked great. It was stocked with everything that we needed, clean, and nicely decorated. We loved that it was dog friendly and that it was close to the beach. If we come back to Jacksonville we will definitely stay here again. After we had booked someone said the house had roaches.. I can tell you for certainty that they DID NOT have any bugs or roaches. Thanks so much!

We greatly enjoyed our stay here. The host was very responsive and provided some good info and recommendations in the local area. The pool was great, the beds were comfortable, and the house was nicely decorated.

I have no words to describe how great I felt at Ryan’s house. The place is very cozy and has everything you need to feel even better than at home. The location is excellent—we went to the beach using the bikes available at the property, and it's also within walking distance. The house is spotless, the beds are comfortable, and the sheets smelled amazing. Ryan answered my questions promptly and was always very attentive. I definitely recommend this place and will absolutely be coming back.

This place was great. Our family enjoyed it. The pool was amazing and everything was clean. It actually restored our faith in renting Airbnb properties due to some previous bad experiences but this one was exactly as pictured and clean and comfortable for all of us. Our entire week was perfect! Shastri was kind to us as our schedule changed and I had to move my date staying at his place. The instructions that were sent are clear and they give you everything that you need to know! The view from his place was amazing! Needed a peaceful getaway with family and this was the right spot! I would not hesitate going back again. Great host, great spot and beautiful location!

We recently stayed at this home for an 8-person golf trip and had a fantastic experience. The house was spacious and easily accommodated our entire group. The outdoor area was a major highlight, featuring a pool and hot tub that were perfect for relaxing after a day on the course. Check-in was seamless, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The location was excellent—just off the highway with plenty of restaurants within a 5-minute drive. Several golf courses are nearby, including TPC Sawgrass, which is only 9 minutes away. Overall, a great house in a great location. Highly recommend for golf groups or anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the area.

Fantastic stay! Great location, beach front and pool access. The condo was pristine and updated with key amenities. Pull out couch to easily sleep 6. Scott was super responsive and even offered early check in and late check out.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay here. The property was just as pictured and described, everything we could need or want during our stay was there and available- fully stocked kitchen, beach toys and chairs, bikes. Check in was seamless and the hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We travel to Jacksonville a lot and will certainly be back!

The perfect house for a long weekend away! House had everything we needed, including beach chairs and bikes for cruising around the area! Everything was very clean, and just as described. Would definitely stay again for another trip to Jax!

This was a great couple's getaway location!! Easy walk to the beach with provided beach cart and chairs. The unit was comfortable and very clean. It was very quiet and felt very private. Great deal for the location!! Easy walk to the beach and other things such as shopping and food. We would stay here again!
