Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Jaco

Gustavo was very understanding of our situation. I can only say it was a great stay, and I appreciate his working with us. The place and view were beautiful. It was an easy walk to the restaurant and the beach right there. The security guards at the gate were great and very helpful! They took care of us and ensured that if we had any questions or needed a cab, they were there to help! It was quiet and a great spot if you want to get away and relax! Thank you so much, Gustavo. The stay was 5-star!

Alfredo’s place is beautiful, wonderful location with gorgeous amenities. He was incredibly responsive and resourceful when washer broke in the middle of our visit. He had a new one delivered within hours !! Incredible !! Cannot wait to come back !

I stayed at Ana Milena’s place from Sunday to Thursday, and it was truly enjoyable and comfortable. The place is amazing beautiful, clean, and very relaxing. Everything was just as described, and I felt right at home. I had a great time and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

The place was amazing! Just as described and actually even better than the photos. Everything was meticulously clean and organized. Everything you needed was inside the condominium. I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The building was very secure, which made me feel safe throughout my trip. It’s in a fantastic location—close to shops, restaurants, and nightlife, so everything was super convenient. The apartment itself was spotless, had an amazing view, and was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. The host went above and beyond—extremely communicative and incredibly helpful with recommendations and even helped us book excursions. I would definitely recommend staying here and would book again.

The place was pretty nice overall, the kitchen really well equipped. Minutes away from one of the nicest beaches around. The apartment had a great view of the ocean, which was a nice bonus.

We liked being in a gated community with a security guard at the entrance. The area was peaceful and we felt very safe. The home was comfortable and modern with lots of glass windows. There was a nice outdoor space and the shared pool was fantastic (and we never saw anyone else at it). Initially we weren't sure we were pulling into the right place, as the gate to the neighborhood sits back through another neighborhood. But overall it was a smooth experience and we would definitely stay again!

Fabricio was extremely friendly and responsive from the start, answering all questions we had, even on Sunday morning! We had an amazing time and the house was beautifully decorated and had everything one could possibly need, even an EV charger which was situated right where you park your car - something that stood out by far. Beaches and restaurants all short driving distance. Next trip to Herradura will have to be at Casa Moa!

Our stay in Jaco was MADE thanks to Christian’s home. Exactly as depicted in the pictures and better - the bathrooms felt like a spa oasis with the high ceilings and outdoor feel. The complex pool was right next to the unit and most days, felt like our private pool. The complex itself felt very safe and private. While Jaco beach isn’t the star of the show, our airbnb location was ideal for accessing all the other great beaches, nature preserves, etc. in the area. And, when going out isn’t in the plans for that day (we stayed there for a month), the vacation vibes kept vibing thanks to the pool, patio, and pretty parakeets that seem to live onsite. 😉 …thanks for your recommendations (Tsunamis for sushi is a must!), above and beyond accommodations (beach chairs and towels), and prompt replies during our stay! Optimal host and stay.

Les recomiendo mucho hospedarse en esta casa, es igual a lo que se muestra en las fotos lo que es ideal ya que en muchos AIRBNB son fotos de hace años y las casas están deterioradas. Dennis nos comunicó sobre un inconveniente 1 hora antes de realizar el check in con la tina de hidromasajes y sin embargo pudo resolverlo en minutos lo que hizo que nuestra estadía fuera perfecta. La ubicación es muy buena ya que queda prácticamente a 500 metros de Farmacias, restaurantes y supermercados. Otra cosa que valoramos muchísimo es el tiempo de respuesta de Dennis que era casi inmediato. Las instalaciones del condominio son súper buenas, una de las piscinas queda cruzando la calle lo que hace que la ubicación de la casa sea perfecta! Todo en esta casa era genial…!!! No puedes pedir más. Sin duda volveremos.

The home is perfectly located away from the strip but close enough for you to walk. It is spacious and conveniently located by the community pool which my kids loved. The host was responsive and provided clear instructions. My family enjoyed our stay in this home. Will definitely stay here again in our next trip to Costa Rica.

Thank you for the stay at Casa Keda! We were in town for a fitness retreat and we LOVED our stay here! Private, quiet neighborhood, beautiful patio area, easy to walk to downtown. I would stay here again and would recommend to anyone visiting Jaco

Erick was an excellent host who responded promptly to all of my inquiries. I greatly appreciated the secure location and how easy it was to access the property. Although there was a minor miscommunication at the security gate due to a language barrier, the issue was quickly resolved. The property was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and offered a true sense of comfort—I genuinely felt at home. One of the standout features was the ability to request personalized services such as a private chef, massages, and excursions directly through Erick, which added a luxurious and convenient touch to the stay. The neighbors were friendly, and the property’s proximity to grocery stores, restaurants, and local attractions made everything easily accessible. I would highly recommend this location to others and fully intend to stay here again.

Great place to stay if your aim is to be in the center of jaco. Restaurant and bars are within walking distance. Place was clean and well maintained, recommend for single person or couple.

The Best Place I have ever stayed in Jaco !! Very Private !!!!!

Danilo’s place was one of the best Airbnb’s we have ever stayed in and we’ve stayed in a bunch. It had a great vibe. Very clean, A/C worked great, kitchen has everything you need, beds were good, it felt private even with the pool just outside the gate. WiFi was excellent. There were kids playing in the pool, but that was at reasonable times and not disruptive at all. Danilo is a great communicator. We had no issues and we would rent Danilo’s condo again and again. And for those of us who don’t do stairs well any more, there weren’t any, single floor. This place was awesome!

Caroline is a first-class host! She's responsive, an excellent communicator, and made us feel cared for throughout our stay. Her place is beautiful, comfortable, and well-appointed, with many luxurious touches not commonly found in AirBNBs. The condo is in a lovely, guard-gated development and very private. Check-in was flexible and easy, and she provided a comprehensive booklet about the condo and area, including contact data, activities, shopping, dining recommendations, spa treatments, etc. The condo includes Los Suenos Beach Club access, which is outstanding and across the street from the development. There is also a private pool right behind the condo. In addition to being a great place to stay, Caroline made our vacation extra special by providing personal touches like special towels for make-up removal, helpful notes, gourmet coffee, Turkish beach towels, etc. In short, our stay was outstanding! A solid five stars, and I highly recommend Caroline's place to all!

Excelente lugar, de ensueño! El condominio es nuevo, excelente vista a los atardeceres desde el sexto piso, super bien acondicionado, los muebles, cocina y accesorios son nuevos y de excelente calidad. Super recomendado! Gabriel, el anfitrión es una excelente persona, muy atento con todos los detalles! Mi familia muy contenta, haremos lo posible por volver!

40th birthday trip for 5 guys. The condo was more than spacious. Building was secure with gated security. The property was clean with a huge pool with chairs etc. We partied for 3 days straight, probably way too loud but never received a complaint. No problems getting in/out of condo. No issues with guests. Brittany/Host was extremely helpful with anything we needed and was very responsive. 10/10
