David’s place was great! You cannot beat the location and view. We were so thankful we chose this place, it was close to everything and he is a great host. We’d love to come back!

This stay is everything I imagined when one plans for a great vacation, especially when staying at Jaco beach. I felt instantly at home! Super comfortable, excellent views, fully furnished throughout with an easy to use washer/dryer. This was absolutely the better option than staying at a boutique hotel, the savings is a no-brainer. Pura Vida!!!!

We had a great stay in Jaco! The space was very comfortable—the bed was extremely comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the bathrooms were spotless. The security staff were also very friendly and helpful, which made us feel even more at ease. The walk to the beach was super short and convenient. Overall, a great place to stay!

Excellent location. Host was very tentative and flexible with check in and check out. Felt at home.

Thomas place was a pleasure to stay at! We were close to everything, we had something different to do everyday! When we had questions Thomas was always responsive as well. Place looks just like photos, no complaints!

A beautiful home that’s nearby downtown Jaco! It’s a nice gated community that is walkable to stores, restaurants, icecream, clubs/bars, etc and very easy to navigate (5-20min walk depending on where you’re going). The house looks just like the pictures and it was very roomy. The washer came in handy, and we each had our own room which was perfect. Instructions were easy to understand/follow and the host was responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!:)

Great location, a short walk from the beach. Spacious bedrooms and living area. Maud is a very considerate and accommodating host.

We absolutely loved our stay. The 15 minute walk to the beach and restaurants was easy and always full of adventures. The backyard is an oasis where you never knew what to find. We watched groups of monkeys hang out. A sloth chill for the day. Macaws 🦜 fly by and endless amounts of hummingbirds feed on the foliage around. It was such a peaceful yet convenient location that made us not want to leave.

The house and property were as described and expected and we were extremely happy with our stay! We were specifically looking for something outside of the typical tourist spots and Gary’s place did not disappoint. Gary specifically stated that the mosquito population at his house was low and he was absolutely right! Just a few tips and recommendations for other potential visitors. - The kayaks must be taken down the hill to the beach for each use for security reasons. We hesitated to use them until our last day for this reason but we wish we hadn’t. Gary made it very easy and he took them down on his car. It’s an easy paddle to some snorkeling and nice beach areas. You can avoid paying for parking and hauling gear. - there is a public road between the pool area and beach where locals like to park and hang out. Shrubbery gives visual privacy but you may hear music. This did not detract from our stay. Overall we absolutely recommend this house to others.

I have stayed at Cassie’s place multiple times and there is a reason I keep coming back for extended stays. The house is amazing, the location is outstanding and the amenities are incredible. Her kitchen is super well outfitted with anything you could need and they poolside grill is perfect. I really couldn’t recommend this place or this host more highly.

Excellent stay, everything was very nice. Only the guards at the main entrance were very slow and it seemed that they did not communicate with each other, it was the only uncomfortable thing

Guillermo's place was very comfortable and clean. There was AC in both bedrooms and the living room. We did not get to go to the pool since we stayed one night stay only. He gave clear check in instructions that were easy to follow. I like that it is inside a private area and it was very quiet. I would recommend his place to others.

This is a perfect place for our group of seven. Awesome and beautiful place. Brittany was great, very responsive and very helpful.

This place is new and very nice. It is just as described. The condo was very comfortable and clean and has everything you need. It is right on the main drag and walking to restaurants and shops is very easy. Also, there are always security on site who are very friendly and helpful. This is a great place to stay and I would highly recommend.

I was driving south and needed a place to stay last minute and Josep responded within 1 minute with my question which was great. We were traveling with two cars and there was no issue with parking. I think the listing says 1 car space available but there was room for two which was what we needed. Thank you.

First of all, congratulating Mary on the excellent attention and respectful treatment she gave us at all times, the place is really beautiful and close to restaurants and supermarkets. The access to the beach is 5 minutes walk, just cross a street and you are enjoying the best sunsets. The place is spotless and provided with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Would definitely visit again!!

Our stay at Damien’s place was perfect for our family. The place was clean, in a great location (walkable to many restaurants, the beach, stores, etc) and access to the pool was perfect for us and our 3 year old. Damien was an incredible host and went above and beyond to make our stay easy. He helped us with local tours, recommendations, and set us up with items for our daughter specially. The kind of host you wish for every time! Would absolutely stay again and would highly recommend to anyone!

We had a great stay here. There was an initial issue but the host did what they could to resolve it right away. If I was ever in the area again I would definitely consider staying here again.
