One must like old floors with corresponding joints in the woods. the view goes over the small village Obervellach into the nearby mountains, where in winter and summer many sporting activities are made possible for you to relax, unwind and tension. the apartment is spaciously laid out,with a large living and kitchen area, where a lot of space invites you to linger.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

A stylish sauna with a picturesque view completes our Unterkircher Chalet.

Well-kept apartment for 4-6 people, with balcony, 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, shower and toilet, extra toilet, satellite TV, radio and garden. Dishes, microwave, coffee maker as well as bed linens and towels are available. In winter, 30 meters to the ski bus. You are welcome all year round. Mit den Milleniumsexpress gehts dann in ca. 7min aufs Nassfeld. Der Parkplatz ist vorm Haus. Es besteht die Möglichkeit bei Schlechtwetter Ihr Auto in der Tiefgarage zu parken.
