Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Jadranovo

Villa Ursa is located right in the heart of a small village. However a tall fence provides a sense of privacy. We visited at the beginning of June and there was almost no people in the village which for us was ideal as we enjoy peace and quiet above else (Lana informed us that during summer season it is a completely different story so have that in mind if you are visiting during July or August). You have a heated indoor pool and as the posting mentions a beach bar with a nice coastline just 10 min walk from the Villa (for us the sea was warm enough to swim in but a lot of people did not go into the water). Inside of the Villa looks modern and traditional at the same time which gives it a nice aesthetic. Lana was a kind host who welcomed us with a local wine bottle, freshly baked bread and a meat platter. We really enjoyed our stay and it is highly likely that we will visit again.

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. La villa était encore plus magnifique que sur les photos. Rajna est une hôte incroyablement attentive aux détails, qui se consacre à rendre chaque instant inoubliable. Tout était impeccable : la villa, la piscine, l’espace commun. C'est un véritable 1000/10. Nous nous réjouissons de revenir car c’est de loin le meilleur Airbnb de tous, tout simplement incomparable. Unser Aufenthalt war super schön! Meine Kinder, meine Frau und Großeltern waren zu Besuch und haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Sehr angenehm das wir so unseren Urlaub starten und genießen konnten. Wir wurden direkt sehr herzlich empfangen und in die Unterkunft eingewiesen. Der Urlaub bei Maja ist sehr empfehlenswert! Die Ausstattung ist top und sehr zufriedenstellend! Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub! Wir bedanken uns sehr dafür !

Alles perfekt! Wenn ich mehr als 5 Sterne vergeben könnte, würde ich es tun. Von der Kommunikation, bis zur Lage und Sauberkeit - diese Unterkunft ist ein absoluter Traum! Kinderfreundlich ausgestattet mit Kindergeschirr/besteck, erhöhtem Pool mit Tor und einem eigenen Spielplatz im Garten wurde hier an alles gedacht und mit viel Liebe zum Detail umgesetzt. Man merkt, dass es nicht nur ein Airbnb Haus ist, sondern viel Herzblut der Besitzer in die Pflege einfliesst. Auch bei selbstverschuldeten Komplikationen wurde uns umgehend und überaus freundlich geholfen, was absolut nicht selbstverständlich ist. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Die Küche war gut eingerichtet und hatte alles was man braucht. Für uns zwei Gäste war das Bad der Wohnung gerade groß genug. Vielen Dank für den Aufenthalt!

Fantastic house, four bedrooms each with private bathroom. Outdoor kitchen area was our favourate spot. Very large pool. Had a wonderful time with the family. Igor takes great care of the property and its surrounding. The olive tree area adds a peaceful view. Always helpful for any questions.

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer wunderschönen Lage direkt am Fluss und nach hinten raus zum Wald hin. Wir konnten sehr schöne Ausflüge machen. Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft ließ keine Wünsche offen. Auch die Infrarot Sauna und den Whirlpool haben wir genutzt und sie hat zu unserer Entspannung beigetragen.

I had an amazing 3-night stay at the luxury Opatija Sky View Apartment! The oceanfront view from the living room and the terrace was breathtaking, perfect for relaxing. The apartment was spotlessly clean, with modern decor and a well-stocked kitchen that made cooking a breeze. The beds were incredibly comfortable, featuring luxurious bedding, and the spacious rooms with ample closet space added to the comfort. The owner was highly responsive and provided clear, detailed check-in instructions, making the process seamless. Highly recommend this stunning, well-appointed apartment for a fantastic stay.

We zijn met ons gezien (met 2 kinderen van 11 en 14 jaar) 2 weken verbleven in het mooie verblijf van Marija in Garica KrK. We hebben het er geweldig gehad! Een mooie centraal gelegen locatie waardoor alles op het eiland goed bereikbaar is, Het appartement was geweldig, alles was aanwezig en we hebben enorm genoten van het lekkere zwembad. Voor vragen konden we erg snel schakelen met Marija - er werd direct gereageerd. Al met al een heerlijk vakantieverblijf waar we zeker nog een keer terug zullen komen!

Pero's place was perfect for us with easy parking, all the amenities you might need and captivating views from the deck. Close enough to Opatija and Rijeka but still a peaceful retreat at the end of the day.

Suzana ist ein hervorragende, aufmerksame Super-Gastgeberin. Alles was man benötigt und sogar mehr (Regenschirm, Bügeleisen…) ist vorhanden. Im Kühlschrank stand eine kühle Flasche Weißwein. Auf dem Küchentisch standen Obst und Schokolade und Kirschen aus dem Garten. Überhaupt sind Garten und der Zugang zum Meer wunderschön. Die Wohnung ist einfach nur zu empfehlen.

My parents, my brother and I had a wonderful stay of 3 nights at Erika's apartment. Erika's lovely mother warmly welcomed us and was always available for advice. The apartment is beautiful and cosy, very clean and comfortable. The location is superb, right in the quiet nature and very close to the entrance of the national park. I highly recommend Erika's apartment!

Ankica is a wonderful host. She welcomed us with a drink and chat, and offered a safe place to keep our bikes. She gave us recommendations of the area and in the morning brought us a lovely baked treat. The accomodation was clean, comfortable and in a great location. :)

Wir haben uns in der Villa Sara sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage als auch das Haus waren wie beschrieben und gut erreichbar. Damir hat uns noch einige Tipps zu Restaurants, Stränden und Unternehmungen gegeben. Wie kommen gerne wieder !

Everything was pretty much as expected. Jakob was super easy to communicate with. It was pretty centrally located for all we planned to do on arrival and for day trips. The pictures more than did justice to what we found. It was very relaxing and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The castle area in Kastov was very nice, with great food and a nice place to wind down the night. Overall, a wonderful vacation to a place we’d never been.

wir hatten hier zu zweit eine großartige Woche. Bei unserer Ankunft war die Unterkunft sehr schön hergerichtet, sauber gemacht und wir fühlten uns direkt wohl. Es ist überall alles nötige vorhanden. Von nötigen Dingen wie Handtücher, Teller, Besteck, ausreichend und verschiedene Gläser, und Kochutensilien; bis tolle Extras wie Mixer, Kaffekocher, Grillzangen, Holz, Wasserkaraffen, Bademäntel und viel mehr. Dadurch konnten wir unseren Urlaub richtig genießen und mussten uns um nichts kümmern. Die Wohnräume selber sind liebevoll eingerichtet und es ist ausreichend Platz. Der Garten ist wunderschön und mit vielen Kräutern, Blumen und Pflanzen geschmückt. Es ist nur schade, dass er nicht direkt mit dem Haus verbunden ist sondern man immer erstmal auf die Straße raus muss um in den Garten zu kommen. Aber das ist kein wirkliches Problem. Der Ausblick aus dem Haus und dem Garten ist mega.Die Anfahrt führt über eine Schotterstraße und ist etwas schwieriger. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit.

Das Haus ist vom Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis fast nicht zu schlagen. Es ist äußerst sauber, schön eingerichtet und man findet alles vor, was man braucht. Sogar ein Obstkorb und eine Flasche Wein wurden uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Kommunikation war sehr einfach, man bekam auf alle Nachrichten eine schnelle Antwort und sowohl der check-in als auch der check-out waren sehr einfach und unkompliziert. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist wirklich sehr sehr gut, die Geräte sind modern und neu und funktionieren alle einwandfrei. Wenn man ein Auto zur Verfügung hat, ist die Lage auch wirklich sehr gut und man kommt schnell an alle wichtigen Orte auf der Insel. Wir hätten uns nichts besseres wünschen können.

Wunderbares Haus, viel Platz, alles super gemütlich und stimmig. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Schlafzimmer waren super schön und ordentlich, der Pool Bereich wunderbar und alles da was man braucht. In 10 min bei großen Geschäften zum einkaufen und in 10-20 min bei vielen tollen Stränden! Viele Spielsachen für Kinder! Es war ein ganz toller Urlaub und eine super Unterkunft! Absolut zu empfehlen :-)

We had a wonderful stay with our four children and our dog at this peaceful and scenic place. The view of the sea is absolutely stunning, and we especially enjoyed the nearby hike down to the beach. The house is spacious, with plenty of room for the kids to play both indoors and in the garden. We also appreciated the great location, with good restaurants nearby in Plomin and a bit further in Labin and Rabac. A perfect spot for a relaxing family getaway!

Es war eine der besten Unterkünfte, die wir je hatten. Meine Familie hat im Haupthaus gewohnt. Es hat nichts gefehlt. Eine komplette Ausstattung! Wir wurden mit kalten Getränken und Oster Snacks begrüßt. Die Kommunikation war ebenfalls super. Die Lage war auch gut, zwar direkt an einer Hauptstraße aber man hat davon nichts gehört. Der Pool war das Highlight der Kinder und wirklich schön warm. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und das Haus auch zu 100 % weiterempfehlen.
