It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

We are glad that you have decided to spend your vacation in Croatia, and we are especially honored that you want to stay in our accommodation. Our house consists of 3 floors. Each apartment extends over an entire floor. The area of ​​one apartment is 85 m2. Each apartment looks almost identical and is equipped in the same way. Each apartment consists of a kitchen, dining room, living room, 2 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a spacious balcony. Each apartment is rented separately on Airbnb.

Apartment Nikol 4*

Capacity 2+2, size 42 m2, with a large fenced yard and a swimming pool. Located on the ground floor in a family house in a quiet street; newly built, fully equipped and furnished. The house is surrounded by trees and offers an unobstructed view of the sea. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking in the apartment. It is accessible for disabled. Heated pool (May-October) : 8x4m, depth 1,5m. Sat TV, WiFi, A/C, safe, parking, fireplace/grill, terrace, deck chairs and parasol by the pool.

White Apartment

Our house is located in Čižići, approximately 50 meters from the beach. The property boasts a quiet and secluded location with shaded on-site parking. The apartment has a private entryway/balcony, and a big terrace with the beautiful sea and garden views. Inside is one bedroom with a queen-sized bed , bathroom with shower, kitchen/dining room, and living room with a pull-out sofa. In the back of the house we have common dining and BBQ area and outside shower to enjoy.

Unique beach house with a splendid seaview, infinity pool( heated) and hot tub with sea view in the village Jadranovo, quiet and beautiful part of Crikvenica Riviera. In the perfect location, just a few stairs away from the beach, 30min bike ride(bikes included) or an even quicker car ride from center of Crikvenica. This house is animal friendly and they are allowed with extra fee. Enjoy private atmosphere few stairs from sea and short drive from city noise.

The apartment is on the first floor of our summer house. Within walking distance: DRAŽICA & Pebble Beach (Havisce Bay) accessible via stairs, in season: small supermarket, restaurants The house can be reached by car. Parking on the streets is free of charge (within a few 100 meters).

Stay in a charming newly renovated summer house just a few minutes walk from the pebble beach. This small and intimate house is located in a tourist village that provides quiet surroundings and exudes an atmosphere of peace, relaxation and intimacy. Between the house and the sea there are only trees and nothing to spoil a killer view (you can see from the terrace pebble beach and the cliff line of Krk island).

Veranda - Seaview Apartment

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
