Nice cottage of 90m² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a beautiful common area with a jetty in the summer months. There is no view of the water from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, tea towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom, a little underfloor heating which is turned on when the electricity is cheap. The garden is completely undisturbed with room for games, sports and play.

Outside, you can enjoy the beautiful view or sit by the fireplace and enjoy nature. There are many good hiking trails in the area. The cottage has 3 kayaks you can borrow if you want to enjoy the fjord from the water. The fjord "Tempelkrogen" is known for its good fishing waters. The cottage is 45 minutes from Copenhagen.

Welcome to our cozy and spacious summer house, located just 100 meters from Roskilde Fjord and a 50-minute drive from Copenhagen. The house is surrounded by a garden and features a large terrace, perfect for relaxation. Situated in a scenic area close to the water, you can enjoy beautiful walks along the fjord and in the surrounding nature. Within a 10-minute drive, you can reach both Frederikssund and Jægerspris, offering charming cafés, supermarkets, and the historic Jægerspris Castle.

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Idyllic former farmhouse in Danish countryside

The house is a traditonal Danish countryside house, 20 km from Roskilde. Here you can enjoy the Danish “hygge”, with peace and nature that you’ll find nowhere else. Relax on the terrasse in the garden, walk in the woods or to Gershøj beach. Go biking on the “fjordsti” which follows Roskilde and Ise fjord, just 1.5 km from the house. Bikes can be borrowed here for free. In winter, you can make a fire. Breakfast and dinner can be arranged upon request and against fees.

Cozy cottage with one bedroom and one guest house. 700 meters to the beach. There’s a fireplace for cold days and two terasses and a large private garden for warm days. Both house and guest house is non smoking area. The second bedroom is the guest house which is seperate from the main house. The mainhouse has central heating and a fireplace and is also very cozy and nice in the winter. Electricity usage is not included in the rent.

Welcome to our lovely little oasis. Our 48 sq. m. wooden cottage has one bedroom, kitchen, living room and one bathroom. Next to the main house, we have built an annex of 19 sq. m, which we are very happy about. You will have access to the annex if you book for more than 2 people. Hyggeligt og roligt sommerhus centralt i Kulhuse med charme og sjæl. Huset har stue og køkken-alrum i et, badeværelse og 2 værelser med dobbeltseng (det ene også med børneseng). Stue med sovesofa. Huset er børnevenligt med legetøj i hus & have. I haven er der terrasse, bålplads, pizzaovn, hængekøje, legehus og gynger. Ingen støj fra vej. 5 min gang til indkøb, 10 min gang til strand & kørsel til skov.
