Gamlahuset by the sea - near Stavanger

"Gamlahuset" from around 1880 is rented out. The house is located on a small courtyard in Gardsvågen on Talgje, 100 meters from the lake. Here there is a beach, and there are hiking trails around almost the entire island. From Gardsvågen it is 1 km to the speedboat dock. From here it is 20-50 min by speedboat to Stavanger. It is 35 minutes by car to Stavanger city center. At Talgje there are also opportunities for frisbee golf and sauna rental (Anker Gaard) and there is a sand volleyball court 1 km from the house.

Vi har nylig (2024) pusset opp kjelleretasjen i huset hvor vi selv bor, og er nå klare for å ta imot gjester som ønsker å besøke denne kjekke byen! Vi er en småbarnsfamilie på 5 som bor i overetasjen, så noe lyd fra barneføtter som løper over gulvet må man kunne forvente. Til gjengjeld kan vi tilby det som trengs for et fint opphold med gode senger, romslige rom, et godt utstyrt kjøkken og leker/ spill for både barn og voksne. Det er gratis parkering i carport og mulighet for lading av elbil.

Etter en lang skitur/gåtur senker du deg ned i luksus Jacuzzi av øverste kvalitet. Hytta ligger nær turområder, vann med svømme/fiske muligheter. Hytta har lav takhøyde, i gammel stil. Hytta ble fullstendig renovert 2020/21. 1 soverom i hytta med dobbeltseng. Sovesofa i stue til 2 personer etter avtale.

If you want to experience Rogaland, Foss Eikeland in Sandnes is a good starting point for day trips to Preikestolen, Kjeragbolten, Jærstrender and Kongeparken, or a walk in nice hiking areas just outside the door. The apartment is new in 2020 and contains a living room, kitchen, bedroom with wardrobe and bathroom. There is both sleeping space and dining table space for four.
