The apartment is located in the middle floor (1st floor). It is suitable for up to 4 persons, centrally heated and air-conditioned. Fully furnished apartment includes: entrance with wardrobe, bathroom with shower and washing machine, living room with kitchen, dining table and 4 chairs, Led TV and a couch (130 x 190 cm) for two persons, bedroom with sea view and two beds We assure you that you will be excited about our extensive garden. In the shade of our pine trees, cypress and laurel bushes you will be delighted to use: table and 4 chairs, solid wooden deckchair along with sunbathing cushion and a folding deckchair, outdoor shower, fitness area among the cypress trees, swing on a pine, direct access from the garden to the beach, gas grill, free parking in front of the house, free Wi-Fi internet in the apartment and in the garden. Our house is certainly ideal also for families with children. Every moment you can "jump" in the apartment directly from the pebble beach without tiring walking or driving. The apartment is located on a hill in an old Istrian house in Šentjane (above Beli Križ). It is fully equipped - air conditioning, underfloor heating, dishwasher and washing machine, refrigerator, oven, TV and free wifi. It is suitable for 4 people. The residence is 400m from the city center, and provides easy access to all important points. We are in the pedestrian zone and the area of the PARENZANA cycling route. The connection for cyclists is excellent along the sea. It is only 4.7 km to Koper by bike along the route under century-old pine trees. If you choose the cycling route towards Portorož, Piran, you have two climbs and the tunnel of the old PARENZANA railway. Izola has a city beach called Svetilnik, the cleanest sea is here.

This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded.
