Wonderful stay – highly recommended! We had a great stay at the place. The villa was very clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need. The location was ideal – quiet, but still close to the sea The check-in went smoothly and Gabi was always friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back!

We had a very nice and relaxed time. The house is perfect for 2 families. There is a nice porch with a large table where we found room for ninth. The property is spacious and the pool is nice and large, plenty of space for the children to play and fpr the adults to relax. There is a large supermarket close by. Rovinj and the surrounding beaches are easily accessible.

Wonderful house and great host. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings and well worth the price. You have direct access to fresh herbs, homemade wine, rakia, jam, and eggs by the host. Perfect for a quiet time away from traffic noise and light pollution. Walking distance to several nice hiking locations. Would love to stay here again.

Loved the house! Nevenka is a very kind host. Lots of recommendations & very good contact. The location is perfect for exploring Istria if you have a car. We got to every part of it in just 2 days! If the weather was better we would have used the pool! But we still swam in the sea thanks to Nevenka’s swimming spot recommendations!

We really enjoyed our stay! We were looking for a quiet and private accommodation where you can just relax, without noise and very secluded. We found exactly what we were looking for! The surrounding fields and country roads were very beautiful and quiet. The bathroom was clean, the house itself was rather dark, but also clean. The host responded extremely quickly to all messages. The instructions to get to the house and check in were awesome, everything was very well explained! Thank you so much for a lovely stay, would love to stay again!

We were very lucky to spend our holidays in this beautiful house in Rovinj, and it was undoubtedly the most beautiful cottage we have ever been to. The garden is a true oasis – lovingly maintained, with many shaded places that invite you to linger. Our kids spent every day in the pool and had an incredible amount of fun. The house itself is superbly equipped. The attention to detail and the high comfort make the stay particularly pleasant. Everything has been thought of here to give guests a perfect holiday. The location is ideal: the house offers a lot of privacy, and yet you are close enough to town to reach everything comfortably. All the important things for everyday needs are very close. A big thank you also to the landlady, who was available to help us at all times. Her warmth and helpfulness made our stay even more beautiful.

The vacation home was simply great! Everything is very well maintained, the beds are very comfortable and with two bathrooms ideal for several people. The bedrooms have shutters and air conditioning, etc. The entire property is fenced, which was perfect for our dogs. The house itself is even more beautiful than in the pictures! There are new, high-quality wooden sun loungers with cushions and two canopies - one by the pool area and one over the seating area. There is also a hanging chair that we liked very much. The new couch with recliner function was super comfortable, and the property is wonderfully planted, much denser, as in the pictures, which provides a lot of privacy. Morena's parents, who live right next door, were very friendly and helpful. On the first day, we received fresh eggs, and later also vegetables from our own garden – we were very pleased☺️. The supermarket is only 5 minutes away by car, which is very convenient. Absolute recommendation ☺️

Beautiful house with modern amenities. Everything was spotless. And there was air conditioning in every room.

We spent a week over New Year's Eve at Jure's house and enjoyed the time very much. Jure's house is a little off the road, but so central that all necessary places were quick and easy to reach. The property is completely enclosed, which was very pleasant for our dog. The house is situated in a beautiful garden and has everything that is needed. The underfloor heating was particularly pleasant now in winter. The contact with Jure was straightforward. He was on vacation himself during our stay, but a friend gave us the key and provided us with all the necessary information. Nevertheless, Jure was always available to us and provided us with restaurant tips. We can well imagine spending another vacation in Jure's house.

Insect screens in front of the bedroom windows and a TV in each bedroom would be nice. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Olya's Motovun home is a beautiful space located on a quiet pedestrian path, just below a charming church, bell tower, and one of the town's gates. It’s impeccably designed, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully curated. Highly recommend either the entire home - if it suits your party size - or the downstairs apartment.

We really enjoyed the time and place. The kids had space to play and be easy. The house is located in a village where it is not flooded with tourism. The surrounding area is authentic and really beautiful. The house is nicely decorated, wonderful and lavishly renovated. The ground floor on the ground floor is made of stone, so it was quite cool, certainly great in the summer and we had slippers with us for this time of year. The electricity in the village went out once, Neven was there immediately on the holiday and took care of the public network repair within a few hours. Communication was easy, friendly, open, and warm. We felt really comfortable and were able to enjoy it very much and happily extended our meals under the fig tree 🙂

Great holiday home, has everything you need and it’s really nice to stay there. Everything is clean and well-kept, and the location is peaceful, perfect for relaxing. The host is very friendly, responds quickly, and is easy to communicate with. We recommend it and will definitely come back!

It was a pleasure staying here. The house is located in a quiet town just outside of Poreč, with everything you need close by. The build quality is among the best I've seen in Croatia – everything feels solid and is made with high-quality materials. Both the interior and exterior are beautifully designed and well-maintained. We had a great time at Sara's house, it's our favorite from our entire stay in Croatia! It is a haven of peace among the olive trees, quiet, and there is everything you need on site: a barbecue and an outdoor table, a covered terrace, everything you need for cooking and the bedding is very comfortable. The air conditioning was much appreciated because it was hot. Sara is very responsive through the app, we were able to chat when needed. Perfect location to visit Istria, I recommend it!

Villa Motovun is one of the most beautiful houses we’ve stayed in. The house has been renovated with such care to detail, it has kept the traditional character but is completely modernised with all amenities you would need. We loved the colour schemes, the materials used. It was so comfortable, with many seating areas, very comfortable, large beds (super important!), every room with en-suite bathroom. The views from the terrace of the Mirna valley and Groznjan in the distance are stunning. We loved having the little heated pool, the sauna and the pool table. The local wine ‘mini bar’ was also nice and we could help ourselves to a bottle of local Malvasia or Teran. All in all a gem in a beautiful medieval hilltop town, walkable to some really good restaurants serving amongst other things, local homemade pasta with truffles, or wild asparagus in the spring. Thank you Zeljko for your hospitality. We hope to be back again soon.

We had a wonderful time at the villa. The villa has everything you need for a nice vacation. Lorena is a very friendly hostess. We will definitely come back.

There were eight of us in the house and it really fulfilled everything we expected. If you don't want to see one of the beautiful cities or beaches in the area (Rovinj is highly recommended), there is more than enough to experience in the house. If you want to have an active or quiet holiday with friends, I really highly recommend this house. The hosts were very warm and you felt right at home. Despite heavy rain, a new gas bottle was brought to us for grilling and also the other communication was flawless and very friendly. We definitely plan to come back:)
