Wonderful stay! Perfect location for our travel needs and close to the downtown area but far enough away to avoid the hustle and bustle. The space was incredibly clean and was just enough for what we needed. Alice and Jesse were responsive and helpful! Would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay here! It had everything we needed & there were fresh flowers which was such a nice touch. John was also very accomodating in allowing us to check in early. We appreciated that so much. Definitely recommend this place!

The In-law apartment was lovely, exactly as shown in the pictures. It was very comfortable and perfect for our needs. Sean and Alison were proactive by providing all information ahead of time.

Connie's place was an excellent stay in the heart of Jamestown. We thoroughly enjoyed being able to walk down the main street to all the restaurants and shops. We took the Ferry over to Newport one day and it was easy and a great way to enjoy the bay! Connie had everything we needed for our stay, and it was much appreciated as I had forgotten a few toiletries that luckily, she had in the apartment. We will definitely recommend to our friends and family who come visit the area!

My partner and I wanted a couple of days away… and this place was perfect. 10 minute walk from restraunts and shops. Parking was easy. Clean and easy to find. We had a great time. Thank you Sue

Clean, cute, and convenient. You are only about 10-15 minutes away from days worth of things to do around southern RI, but can go back there and rest in the quiet and comfort as of you live there away from all the noise for a very reasonable price for where you are and what you get. Her beautifully maintained flower garden was definitely an extra perk to make the place even cozier than it is and gave a wonderful smell when hanging out on the covered porch in the evenings. The apartment was even bigger than I thought it was going to be and was perfect for me and my fiancé to be able to spread out and relax. The apartment was incredibly cleaned and well maintained from front room to kitchen to bathroom to bedroom better than any hotel I’ve stayed at while still keeping that lived-in charm that makes it feel like home. Linens were crisp and clean and we loved the cleanliness and softness of the bed, was definitely great for weary legs lol 110/10 for this place! Will stay again!

Very cozy, clean place! When you’re inside the apartment, you wouldn’t know you were right near the 95 freeway :) very nicely and generously appointed! Francis was very responsive, flexible and accommodating to my plans, which were a bit up in the air.

We came in for a graduation so we needed something simple that we could enjoy for downtime but knew we were not going to spend a lot of time there. This met our needs. Our host was kind enough to help with a few simple requests that made our stay easier.

We stayed 2 nights toward the end of Summer. It was about 1/2 hour outside of Newport, which we knew. We spent most of our time in and around Newport. If you don’t mind the back and forth, it’s perfect to sneak away from the crowds. Suzanne and Dan were very friendly and helpful. The apartment is the perfect size for 2 people and stocked with what you would need, if you want to cook or not. It was very clean and uncluttered with no knickknacks around. Due to time constraints we didn’t get to enjoy the yard, but could see it was very pretty and well maintained. We would recommend and stay again if we are in the area.

We can't express enough how perfect the Benjamin Rhodes Chalet is for us. Perfect for our needs and Tim & Maureen are the perfect hosts, always a text or phone call away if needed. It was our 2nd stay. The description about the space, etc. is spot on and you won't be disappointed. You will find little surprises upon arrival. One thing I would have loved to have done is spend time in the backyard with a glass of wine listening to the birds. Speaking of the birds, they certainly make the Chalet a better stay! I should mention, those who have trouble with stairs, which lead to the bedroom and bathroom, are narrow and steep...just go slow. I would describe the Chalet as ideal, cozy and comfortable and within walking distance to not all, but most of Newport, it's perfect!! Benjamin Rhodes Chalet is our go to when visiting the area. We had a delightful stay while coming to a graduation in Providence. Our hosts were responsive and super friendly. The place is clean and tidy and exactly as described. I wish we were in Wilford longer and could have stayed to see the parade go right by our front door! Hopefully, next time.

Beautiful and well-maintained place. We had a minor issue, but Jonas was very proactive in resolving it. Felt right at home.

Laurie was a great host! We had a great time in Newport and the Sunset Studio has all you would need for a weekend trip.

Location is perfect. 5 min walk from beach. 10 min drive from downtown Newport area . Studio was spotless clean . Host was great can’t wait to come back .

The space was THE PERFECT location with the most stunning view. Walking distance to all of Newport most popular restaurants and shops. When I find myself visiting RI again, I plan to book this space again.

Stayed for 3 nights to visit family. Was a great stay! Tub is beautiful and comfy. Takes a while to fill as mentioned in description but stays warm! No complaints. Would book again on my next trip!

We stayed at Matt’s place for a couple days while visiting Providence. Matt is a super responsive host and the place was clean/ street parking was easy/ and the hot tub was nice. =]

Clean and easy to check-in. Owner lives just downstairs and takes great care of the curb appeal of the house. Beautiful gardening. Always responsive and easy to work with. Quiet street.

Great hosts! They went well above expectations, I was having g back surgery and they really helped me out with getting situated and helping with my dog. Can’t say enough good things about Jane and Brian

This is a beautiful home in a quiet part of Middletown. You are a short drive from three huge beaches and from downtown Newport. The home is not directly on the water, but it has good views of the water both from the living room and from the widow's walk. The space is very large and comfortable -- particularly the living room, which felt bright and spacious even on rainy days. However, be aware that the two bedrooms are not equivalent: The master bedroom (which has a gorgeous attached bathroom) is noticeably nicer. The hosts were extremely responsive, informative, and flexible, and clearly worked hard to make sure our stay went well. I will definitely consider staying here again when I return to the area.
