If you’re looking for a beautiful Airbnb close to downtown Newport, look no further! This is an amazing home about 10 minutes from the wharf area. My family of 6 stayed for 4 nights and had the best time! The house was perfect! Spacious, comfortable, pristine, well equipped kitchen, gorgeous yard and pool, comfortable beds and linens! The host, Za, provided very clear instructions regarding check in and check out. We really appreciated the complimentary bottle of wine on arrival! This is one of the best Airbnbs that we’ve stayed at! Will definitely come back!!!

Patrick and Tracy were wonderful to rent from and the house was great. We had 5 adults and everyone slept comfortably. The patio was a great experience with the pool, hot tub and great outdoor seating. We loved the area and would return in a heartbeat if the dates are open for next year’s trip.

Our family just had a wonderful time at Stacy and Mario‘s house. The house was immaculate, comfortable and extremely well appointed. The views were beautiful especially the sunsets. The hosts were extremely responsive and considerate

We stayed for only 1 night. The description and reviews are accurate. The house was exactly what we needed. The location is great with an easy walk into town. Our son caught 3 fish off the dock. We loved our quick stay and would absolutely stay again.

Adrienne’s place was great! The accommodations were as described. We really loved the serenity of the environment and how private it was. This place is aptly named “Natures Nook” and we loved walking the property and feeling immersed with nature even when inside. There were so many outdoor activities available to us. Although we didn’t get to take advantage of it all, would definitely book again if we are in the area!

Kyle & Cindy were great hosts! Both communicated clearly about check-in even allowing an early check-in since we were coming from different locations with different arrival times. It was wonderful being able to spend quality time with my family.

We had a fantastic stay at this home. It was exactly as described in the listing—spotlessly clean and fully equipped for a four-bedroom house. Our group of seven had everything we needed, from linens and towels to plenty of plates, cups, and ample space. The outdoor area was especially enjoyable. It featured a spacious composite deck with comfortable furniture (including cushions), a fire pit, and a BBQ—perfect for relaxing and spending time together. The home is in a peaceful neighborhood, ideal for walks, and just two blocks from Pebble Beach, a great spot to enjoy the waterfront. Though our visit was more for business than vacation, the location was incredibly convenient. It was only a 15-minute drive to the Naval Base for work commitments, with downtown Newport and the famous Cliff Walk equally accessible. I highly recommend this home and its wonderful host to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay in the Middletown/Newport area.

Kristen was absolutely an amazing host. Made you feel right at home and super communicative and inclusive. She provided a welcome basket that had great things that you will probably need on your travel. The location is Excellent centrally located between the University, Narragansett, and Newport. I highly recommend staying at Kristen‘s place if you’re looking for a peaceful & private Rhode Island adventure/retreat. We look forward to coming back and staying here!

We stayed at Jennifer's Wakefield Bungalow over a weekend with our dog in tow. What a gem! Both Jennifer and the bungalow! It's cozy, comfortable, clean, and exceptionally well stocked, especially the kitchen. The fenced-in area with a deck in the back made it easy to safely get the dog out. Jennifer's guidebook was filled with clearly written information on what was where and how things worked. There were also helpful suggestions on local attractions and places to eat, a few of which we took advantage of. You walk a couple of hundred yards and you are literally at the edge of the village, on the water, that's filled with little shops and great places to eat and drink. The whole experience was as close to perfect as one could hope for.

This place was perfect for what I needed. It was cozy, comfortable, clean, simply and beautifully decorated, and well equipped. It was also a wonderful setting with great views in all directions. While the houses are quite close together, it is a quiet neighborhood and it helped that it wasn't high season. Lots to explore nearby and just as tempting to sit on the deck or lie in the hammock watching the world go by. This was more than I had initially planned to spend, and I'm so glad I went ahead with it anyway - very grateful for this spot!

We were in town for URI orientation. We visited Newport (which is super close) and went back and forth to campus. The house was perfect, extremely clean and location can’t be beat!

Loved staying at Shannon's place! She was flexible, accommodating, and quick to respond. Everything was very clean and spacious for our five guests. About a 15 minute drive to newport and a 5 minute walk to a private beach. Highly recommend!

Marisa & Gerry’s place was absolutely wonderful. Stayed here with a big gals group and it was exactly what we needed. We went out in Newport for the weekend and the proximity was great. House is so beautiful and spacious. Hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful! Great stay overall.

Gorgeous view, great location, clean, comfortable, I can’t say enough good things. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We day-tripped to Boston and spent a lot of time in Newport, but we also LOVED the small town of Wickford that was close by. Lots of good restaurants. But I can honestly say I would have been content to just hang around the house and use the hot tub and kayaks. The back patio is incredible and the view is breathtaking. Get up and watch the sunrise over the water. You’ll thank me later. The place was only surpassed by the incredible hostess. Kelly was ultra-responsive, her restaurant recommendations were great, and she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we need. Including borrowing her sister’s pack N play so we could have 2 since we had several young kids with us. She set us up with things we didn’t even think to ask for. You can tell she’s been a hostess for a while. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Staying at Daniela’s place was great! Super easy to find and get into the peaceful house on the pond. Even though it was pet friendly, the house was spotless and had no wear or tear from previous visitors. It was great that they had child gates at stairs too! The dog loved going out in the canoe and swimming in the pond! Great place overall!

Thank you for the short term rental. We used your home while we attended the URI Graduation and it was perfect for our family of Parents, a Sibling, a set of Grandparents and the family dog. Cozy home, quite neighborhood, location was perfect for the school and coincidently close to my Graduates rental in Saunderstown also. If we return to RI and your rental is available, it will be our number 1 choice. Thank you so very much.

The house was exactly how I imagined it. A very relaxed beautiful setting with birds chirping and right near the water. The home was gorgeous and Leigh Anne was great with communicating and all the lovely touches that she did that went above and beyond. I was unwell and she dropped off tissues and specials teas etc to help and advised me on the best way to get to a Doctor. The place was amazing and a real oasis to relax and unwind on a very busy 5 week trip. We had 3 night here and we wish we could of had more. Thanks for your wonderful hospitality.

We had a great stay. The house was spotless, the view was absolutely beautiful, and Sarah was incredibly kind, courteous, and responsive throughout our trip. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Can’t recommend this place enough for a relaxing coastal getaway. We’d absolutely stay here again.

Daniel's cozy home (one bedroom plus 2 twin beds in a loft and a sofa bed in the living room) was perfect for us. We chose it for the location. The cove is gorgeous. Daniel is a great host. He's friendly and communicative. He made check-in and check-out very easy for us.

What a tremendous place! Yes, the listing pictures are lovely but you have to see it in person to understand how truly wonderful it is. The home is spotless and comfortable. Our favorite evening of the trip was the one we got to spend at home with fresh oysters and whole fish on the bbq! The location is unbeatable - walkable to the best beach and such a charming, quiet neighborhood. We're from Houston so it was unreal how quiet the night was compared to the nightly bug symphony we get here! Overall, we just wish we had more time. Guess we'll just have to come back! Great stay. Beautiful water views. Literally a 20 second walk to the shoreline. Very obvious that Tony put a ton of work into the house. Totally remodeled - everything appeared brand new. IMMEDIATE response to a hot water issue which was resolved right away and with a late check out as compensation. Highly recommend. Great house. Great host.

Great area, comfortable, well appointed home, easy to childproof, nice backyard. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Close to beaches, towns, coffee spots. Our hosts were so responsive and have thoughtful touches throughout the house. This house exceeded our expectations! I would highly recommend it!

Anna's place made a wonderful home base for 7 nights! We didn't have a chance to take advantage of the private beach access because we were so busy visiting all of the surrounding areas! It is very conveniently located for driving to everything, including the Martha's Vineyard Fast Ferry station in Kingstown, the Amtrak station in Kingston (just 1 hour on the Acela train from Boston!), Newport, and of course, the expansive Narragansett beach. There are so many dining choices nearby! We enjoyed our first night dinner at The Coastal Cabin, a few breakfasts at Linda's Diner, a few dinners at Wickford on the Water and some craft beers at The Tilted Barn. The outside fire pit was fun and we even roasted birthday cake in lieu of marshmallows! The beds were comfy, the shower was amazing, the leather couch was homey. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
