Due to its location, it is a great starting point for planning trips to the beautiful southwestern corner of the Bohemian-Moravian Highlands near Telč.

There are plenty of interesting and pleasant things nearby, the castle of Lipnice nad Sázavou, quarries, forests, meadows, rivers and ponds, all of which are dominated by the mythical Melechov. The cottage is small, fully furnished, comfortable for two people. It will be appreciated by romantics and lovers of old times.

It is located on the lower floor of our house and offers an amazing view of the forest. Renovated cottage. Woodstone/electric radiator heating which temps at 14°. In the garden is grilling and sitting under a parasol. The kitchen, dining room and living room are connected; a French window leads to the garden from this space. The attic is accessed via the miller's stairs. In the attic, there are 2 bedrooms with 2 and 4 beds. The village is located on the river Lužnica (possibility of fishing), and there are the ruins of a castle and a Gothic church, near the town of Bechyně.

Vybavení koupelny - velká vana i sprchový kout. Veřejné parkoviště vzdáleno 30 m od domu (cena od 40,- Kč/den). Vchodové dveře opatřeny kódovým zámkem (kód bude zaslán smskou) = samoobslužný check-in. Tábor (not Prague!)

Our apartment in the castle was renovated in 2024. In addition to the bedroom and bathroom, there is also a fully equipped kitchen available just for you. The apartment is mainly suitable for couples and individuals. Accommodation is also possible with a baby or child. In addition to dogs and cats, there is also a farm with chickens, geese and ducks, as well as rabbits, sheep and a cow. Karlštejn, the Amerika quarry and Sv. Jan pod Skalou.
