House holiday rentals in Jefferson County

We had an extended family of 4 adults and 3 children on our stay - this is one of the nicest Airbnb homes we have stayed in. The home is VERY NICE! It is spacious and comfortable, the neighborhood is also very nice, it is quiet and felt very safe. There is a walking trail through the neighborhood that we enjoyed with a playground nearby. The location was a short drive to Denver, Boulder and Golden. There is a grocery store, Starbucks and a few restaurants close by. The community pool was a short drive away. Brandon was very responsive when we had any questions. We enjoyed our stay in Arvada very much!

Amazing home in a quiet and convenient location

The house was great! Clean, comfortable, and a perfect home base. We visited Denver, Boulder, Colorado Springs, went whitewater rafting, and watched a concert at Red Rocks Amphitheater and were able to return every night to the home. You can’t beat the central location. Thanks Andrew!

Beautiful home in a very nice neighborhood. Host was very responsive and was able to accommodate an extended checkout. We stayed here with 12 guests and never felt cramped at all.

as a family with two kids we enjoyed our stay. I loved walking on the nearby trails , kids loved the pool and pool toys. bonus was how cool the space was ! had what we needed and easy to get to.

We came to see a concert at Red Rocks. Beautiful house and backyard. Close to Red Rocks and beautiful hikes. 30 minutes to downtown Den. I would definitely stay here again.

This house was perfect for surprising my sister for her 60th birthday. Four friends/family got together. One guest was in a wheelchair and the wide open floor plan lent to easy navigation through the main house. We had a great time making memories. Thank you for making it easy.

Fit our needs as a group well. There were some initial issues that the host addressed quickly. This made our stay really enjoyable.

One of the best properties we have rented. Cute and clean and the location is isolated enough to feel private, but not so far away that you feel isolated. Stores and restaurants are 10-15 minute drive. Dear and Elk shoed each day, RIGHT OUT FRONT as we watched out the window in the morning drinking coffee enjoying the scene. If we ever return for a concert at Red Rocks (the reason for our trip) we would stay here again.

This is a great stay with a very kind host family! Jordan gave us recommendations on walking trails that were close. The keypad entry was easy to use and it is a short drive to Red Rocks Amphitheater. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful space that works for an individual or a couple looking for a unique place to spice things up! The outdoor area is amazing and the camper is pristine! Highly recommended and plan to rebook in the near future!!

Thanks so much! We came out to CO for a show at Red Rocks and decided to stay in an Airbnb since we had a group. It was the perfect spot for our few days in CO and super close/easy to get to Red Rocks. The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful place with beautiful scenery surrounding the area was easy to get to and get to Red Rocks upper south lot! We had such a great time at the Stick Figure show and getting back to this place took literally 15 minutes. Awesome place to stay if you’re looking for a cozy cabin and attending a show at Red Rocks! If there were six stars, I would give them six! Highly recommended.

If you are thinking about staying here, don’t hesitate. Book it now. The hosts have thought of everything. The accommodations are tasteful, homey and full of amenities. The hosts are friendly and responsive. I’ve stayed in a lot of places and this ranks at the top.

Chad was a responsive host, providing clear and friendly communications. The house was exactly as advertised - very clean, modern, bright, and architecturally appropriate to the mountain setting. Although it is located in an area that requires a fair bit of driving for most activities, it is scenically situated and provides a convenient base for hiking anywhere in the front range. The house is spacious with ample room to spread out with a group of four. I hope others take care of the property as much as we did for the enjoyment of others.

We had a great time at this location. Easily convenient location to everything we wanted to do during our trip. Bruce was helpful anytime I had a question and even left some snacks for us to enjoy. We’d definitely recommend this spot for anyone who wants something that’s centered around a few different destinations in the Denver area and especially for a Red Rocks concert.

They really thought of everything - so many thoughtful items for our kids, from the awesome dollhouse to spare emergency diapers in the pantry, we felt so at ease, taken care of, and relaxed here. Perfect for families, beautiful drive up the mountain from Evergreen. Super responsive and helpful host. Cannot wait to recommend this to others visiting the area!

Great home! Was 5 minutes from CCU campus which was perfect for us. The neighborhood has a really nice trail to walk nearby!

This was a lovely stay! The location was great, easy to access trails, quaint towns and had beautiful views. The wifi was fast if you have work to do, along with comfortable seating for work. The space was homey and the decor was very cute! Would recommend to anyone wanting to have that off the grid feel with close towns for exploring.

I booked this house for my bachelor party and it ended up being the perfect spot for us. Not only is the house itself a great size and location, the amenities send it over the top. Over the course of the weekend my crew and I used all the different fun amenities in the basement and garage which provided hours of entertainment for us. Mycah, the host, was not only extremely helpful and responsive but was also proactive with tips and recommendations. Overall this was such a fantastic place to stay. Lots of beds, bathrooms, and fun things to do. Highly recommend this spot!

Wow. What a great experience. Perfect amount of space for my husband, myself and our two pups. Fenced backyard was a plus, the entire place was clean and updated and the shower felt like a spa retreat! The home had all the ameneties we could need, and the neighborhood location provided convenience for anything we forgot. Lisa was an outstanding host, very responsive and helpful. She even checked in on our dogs while we were out. We loved having the dog park close by too! Overall, one of our favorite stays.

Great stay! We enjoyed the location close to Red Rocks. Easy to find and a responsive host. Although it was mentioned in some reviews, we were surprised to find it was not air conditioned. However, it cools off quickly in the evening and we enjoyed our stay. Great host, we would return for another visit!

This is my 5th time renting this beautiful home and it is just as good as the first time. We had a problem with the hot tub and the were so responsive with help and tips. When we couldn’t resolve the issue on our own, the host came out and fixed it for us! (He drove in from his home and hour away and drove in to Denver to obtain a part ON A HOLIDAY WEEKEND). The house is a perfectly peaceful getaway that I will be booking again! Thanks for a great stay!!
