Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Jefferson County

Heather helped save our vacation in denver. Ran into some trouble with a predetermined air bnb host and ended up having to find a new place to stay. We explained the situation to heather and she held her air bnb for us until the situation was figured out. Closed it off so no one could book the days. My wife and i were very appreciative of that and the place was super cute. Loved staying here and will most likely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. I was working remotely part of the time, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. My kids loved having room to spread out and access to smart TVs in multiple rooms. The location was perfect—super close to their school and everything we needed in Littleton and Lakewood. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay, and we really appreciated the professional touches like plenty of towels and stocked bath products. I’d definitely stay here again—great experience!

We had a great family vacation at this house. It was so nice and cozy, and a welcoming place to return to at night after a day of sightseeing. Comfortable beds, nice furnishings, well stocked kitchen and bath, tons of towels and even shampoo and conditioner. The neighborhood was quiet and serene. We didn’t sit outside much because it was too hot but the yard was great and was contained for our 2 year old. Great gathering space in the open concept downstairs for all of us to sit and talk, play charades or watch tv. The baby enjoyed the puzzles! We had one minor issue during the week that Mark and Jenni were very responsive to but otherwise no issues and we loved the house. Hated to leave! Was really a perfect spot and very close to everything and was very clean. Mountain views out the back of the house from upstairs! Thanks for a great week for our family and hope to see you again.

This is a great place to stay. It has everything you need in a great location. It's clean and comfortable- very easy to feel at home.

My family of six adults stayed here for a wedding weekend. The rooms were all decent size and there were enough utensils, cups, and towels for the whole family. This is an older home with steep stairs to the 2nd level and the basement, but it was fine for us. The bathrooms were small but functional. The place was easy to find, and Victoria was responsive and helpful to let us check in early. It is a quiet neighborhood about 5-10 minutes from strip mall dining and shopping, but we were only in town for the wedding and not for sightseeing in downtown Denver. When we did go downtown, it was about a 30 minute drive without major traffic. One small issue we had was a beeping smoke detector that required new batteries, and Victoria's husband came to check in a few hours later to ensure everything was resolved. Overall, this was a nice place to rest our heads for our trip.

My friends and I had a fabulous time and stay there, we love the atmosphere and the view to the backyard is absolutely incredible. If you have any questions, JOHN answers very quickly. His accommodation was excellent!

We had a great time at David’s place, it was a great long weekend getaway with an awesome AirBnB at the center of it!

This place was GREAT! Close to everything. We love walking. Convenient to places like Red Rocks (drive). The place itself was super clean and the instructions for access were very clear. Can't say enough good things about it. Had a helpful guest binder with lots of info. Rooftop had great views. If and when I stay in Golden again (which I will) I'll be looking far in advance to try and book this place again. Thanks to both Stefan & Bethany!

You will not be disappointed with this RB&B. With all accommodations, cleanliness, and the location of open space along the mountain range, and only miles away from the highway made it easy access to the mountains, or the Denver area. There is a park you can walk to with trails along the front range that go for miles. This location offers incredible views of the mountains that go on forever. Moreover, the host had excellent communication from start to finish that made our experience comfortable and enjoyable. This RB&B was a fantastic experience frim start to finish.

Beautiful and spacious place, perfect for extended stays. Fast and reliable internet that allowed us to work remotely. gorgeous, peaceful surroundings while just a short drive to the nearest town, and Denver. I strongly recommend and would love to visit again.

Great place to stay at and affordable for the area. If I had to pick the best thing, I would say that the hosts were wonderful to work with! Instructions were clear and everything is laid out in the apartment. They were super responsive to all of my questions and were willing to accommodate my personal situation. Would recommend this place for anyone that needs a one bedroom apartment in the area and I would totally stay here again!

This is my favorite place to stay in Arvada. Jessica‘s place has a comfortable bed, full kitchen and is in a great neighborhood.

Kenny was Very understanding about us showing up at 1am due to us have a toddler who can't sit in a car seat for long. home was beautiful. The neighborhood was quite and beautiful. got to see a lot of different Birds in the area. the residence downstairs didn't bother. It was a nice small vacation for me and our family.

Cherlynn’s place was great and as described. Only thing I would say is need to be cooler downstairs. Other than that great place 15 minutes to Red Rock’s for us. Thank you

Beautiful accomodations in quiet neighborhood. Perfect location for us to get to the concert at Red Rocks. Loved all the houseplants! Will definitely stay again.

Great location with everything we needed as you head towards downtown Golden. Some walk to downtown Golden, but a little further than we preferred. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the large patio.

great place to stay for a concert at red rocks, only about 10 minutes away from the park, safe and quite, within walking distance of a nice trail up to a nearby plateau, and Kelly was a responsive and accommodating host

Kayla was very responsive and highly recommended a fantastic restaurant up the street. I would recommend Kayla’s Air BNB to anyone!

If you’re considering renting Deanna’s treehouse for a stay in Colorado, I ABSOLUTELY recommend you book with her. She was a wonderful host and was very kind. My mom and i stayed here while visiting Colorado for a concert at Red Rocks! The venue was a short drive away from the airbnb which was a huge plus! Deanna’s beautiful treehouse is perfect for a concert getaway in Colorado. I hope to book with Deanna again for future vacations in Colorado ! :)

We had a great stay, so convenient for our first time to Red Rocks! The apartment is in a new, clean building, easy parking & elevator access. Having the balcony with sunshine and a peaceful view was perfect! Great kitchen, comfy king bed, tons of restaurants nearby in adorable Golden! 5 star experience!!

David's place was a perfect find for our one month stay. It was not super fancy, but we had cats, and he was so very generous and forgiving about them. The kitchen is great. It looks good, and it has been updated recently. There is everything there that you will need. Somone had taken the can opener and sink stopper. David replaced both in a flash. I needed to bring in a piece of furniture due to my mobility issues, and David even offered to come over to move it in and set it up! It was such a gift to have a washer and dryer, and all supplies were there. I mentioned the need for more hangers, and we received those and extra wash cloths the same day. The two bedrooms make it possible to have more guests or to choose beds. We found that the bed in the room with the desk was the best; in fact, it was quite comfortable. That is a lot to say when you are in a place for a month! I can't say enough about how wonderful David is, & how helpful he is to his guests! Consider his place!

We visited Lakewood in order to see a concert at Red Rocks. So close and convenient to stay at Jenny’s place. Nearby grocery store and restaurants as well as hiking parks made the trip so easy. The Airbnb was safe, clean and a great location.
