Just steps from the Delaware Bay beach. View sunsets every night from your second floor deck. Built in 2024 enjoy our new two bedroom, one bathroom, open concept living room/kitchen/dining apartment. Located 15 minutes from Cape May & Wildwood. Plenty of Wineries and Breweries within 10 miles. We are located on the “Flats,” when the tide goes out it leaves pools of water for many birds fish. We are not able to host service dogs, our dog is not dog friendly. We are smoke free.

The backyard is waterfront with a private beach (shared with other guests) that has a tropical feel with multiple sitting/BBQ areas with fire pits, BBQ smoker, gas grills, gazebo ,water toys, Kayaks, picnic tables, and outdoor shower. Linens & towels are included for bookings over $150 per night. Otherwise, we can provide for $10.
