Kathy was super nice and was very responsible and responsive. She made sure I was settled when I arrived and gave me extra accommodations when the weather showed it was going to flood. I didn't technically stay in this A-Frame due to the weather, but I'd stay anywhere Kathy is again!!! Cute, friendly cowboys working around the property while I was there always said hello. The raw milk in the shop is the best I've ever drank, and the Kefir is soo good. Amazing Airbnb, book now!!!

This was my third stay at tiny house and am still in love with it! Absolutely love the property tiny house is on, even though there’s a restaurant/market and a theater in either side you have privacy. Can’t wait to go again next year❤️

The cottage was very comfortable in both practicality and aesthetics. Everything we needed was there. The outdoor space was particularly nice as it was a peaceful and beautiful garden. We’d absolutely stay again.

Mark is an extremely responsive host. The cottage was quaint and had exactly what we needed for our stay. It was clean, and he was proactive about communication with us as well as responsive when we had questions. The area has lots of great restaurants but is still safe and quiet. We will absolutely be back as I visit the area often. Five star review!

This peaceful oasis, located on a hill surrounded by woods, made for a lovely getaway. The guest house is tastefully decorated with meticulous attention to detail to make you feel spoiled. We were greeted and bid adieu by a lovable cat named Austin. Craig and Gerwin were present but never intrusive. The river sits across the road and there are plenty of trails, restaurants, shops, and art galleries within a short drive.

This is our second time staying with Evan and it was absolutely wonderful, just as it was the first time. This adorable historical cottage walking distance from the beach, restaurants and the bay is everything my father remembers about a simple life growing up on LBI. we wanted for nothing. The set up of the house is thoughtful ensuring a space that has everything one might need for a week at the beach. we look forward to staying with Evan again.

Second time staying at the cottage. Very cozy, felt right at home for me and my daughter. Micaela is truly a 10/10! So inviting, attention to details, very flexible and accommodating. Looking forward to another visit.

Beautiful setting and property. Nestled in a natural setting near a pond with the soothing sound of a water feature. Comfortable bed and well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Very private with quaint town and restaurants within a 1 mile drive.

Donna was so lovely. We were celebrating our anniversary & she left a bottle of bubbly in the fridge for us. Her place was just as described. We enjoyed our quiet mornings on the dock and exploring the wildlife refuge.

Diane's space, the Captain's quarters, was immaculate. it was so charming from details in tilework and fauna around the entryway to the sitting area outside. This was such a peaceful stay to include a goody basket with plenty of coffee and cookies. The linens and mattress were so comfortable! Rainhead shower, fluffy towels ocean scented essentials for the bath were a lovely touch. There is a laundry room if you need it and if you need, an outside shower. I cannot begin to explain how restful and elevated this charming tiny home is in person. The house iis nestled at the back of the neighborhood in this quaint bay community. This is a very short drive from restaurants and the beach! Don't hesitate. Beautiful copper inlay ceilings, brass fixtures, beams in the ceiling. A mini gem..we wish we could stay longer. We would love to return. Thanks!

If you are looking for an awesome place to stay in Belmar, NJ look no further than The Beach bumper airbnb! Cody ans Alexandra are fantastic hosts! What that means is they are easy to reach and respond to questions almost immediately. I'm not exaggerating. Cody assured me check in was easy and it was. He also said that there were no stupid questions and always treated me with respect and professionalism. his level of customer service was amazing and much appreciated. I will definitely stay at the Beach but again.

We had a fantastic weekend stay at this Airbnb! The home was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect—close to everything, but still quiet and relaxing. Our host was welcoming and responsive, which made the whole experience even better. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area, and we’d absolutely love to come back!

Such a peaceful, pretty place. So nice to relax and fall asleep in this place, especially when it was raining. I feel like this place was one of those nice surprises that God leads your path to every now and then. You wouldn't think you would have any space when you look at the building from the outside but there is plenty of room for one or two people. Take some care with the ladder. The only real issue is if you get careless and forget that you are 10 feet or so above the ground when you climb into and out of bed.

The gothic cottage provides a magical little escape. I stayed alone and it was perfect for one but would be special for two as well! There is beauty and peace tucked away in every corner of the land here. I could hear toads and horses from the open window and that made for such a soul soothing experience. There are turtles and snails who live here too, so watch your step! Eleanor and Kurt were so kind, welcoming and very accommodating. I can’t forget to mention their sweet co-host, Miss Kitty, who made my stay complete! 🐈‍⬛

It had everything we needed for our short stay. We loved the unique decor.

Michael was quick to respond and available to reach out to. The house was very clean and a perfect fit for our family to stay. It was a close walk to the beach on the bay side and there were plenty of good restaurants and places to visit nearby.

Great place to stay for a couple. Well provisioned, clean and convenient to the beach and area restaurants. Very clever use of a small space and a lovely outdoor space. I would have liked a bigger bed, but it was adequate for a few nights. I would recommend this rental. Thanks to Johnny and Eliza.

Brians place is wonderful! We were there for 2 nights to celebrate our 32nd wedding anniversary and absolutely loved our stay. The space is cute and loved the farm style set up throughout. The store they have across the street is so cute. We got fresh eggs and freshly baked bread with no preservatives in it to have for breakfast both mornings and it tasted amazing. We also grabbed some jams/jellies before we left. The chickens are free roaming and you will see them at times hanging at your front door. We loved it. The whole stay was amazing. If we are in the area again we would stay here without a doubt.

The unit was a perfect spot, close to everything we needed but quiet and peaceful. unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate, but the firepit, grassy lawn and access to 2 bicycles were absolute pluses. We will book again if we have the opportunity.

My husband and I spent a weekend here for our babymoon. We loved the gardens, and spend every morning outside on the porch or by the fire pit. The backyard is shared with the larger house, so we spent time speaking with our fellow guests. The space was very clean and the amenities were great, including coffee pot, microwave, and mini fridge. There is not a stove, so we ate out for every meal, starting with a walk to the close by Wawa. Katie was very responsive - we had a small wifi issue that was handled very quickly and seamlessly. Villas was a nice location, but didn't explore too much in the town, because we ended up driving to Cape May everyday.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in B Street Cottage; it was perfect for solo traveler. tastefully furnished, low key. great front porch and friendly neighbors. A quick and delightful bike ride to downtown Rehoboth.
