House holiday rentals in Jersey Shore

This is a definite must stay if you’re coming to Philly with a large family! The place is simply amazing home and is modern, spacious and pristine in nature! It’s is wonderfully decorated and could easily be a show home! It is exactly as advertised and much more! The jacuzzi and outdoor patio and bbq are a really nice touch, and well as the exercise room and equipment on the second floor! Katerina is a gracious and wonderful host! She responded to any inquiries in a timely and helpful manner! We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return! Katerina many thanks for hosting us - you have an amazing place and we hope to return on a few months! Take care and thanks tons for everything!!

We had a great stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We especially loved the heated pool—it made a big difference. Bebe was a responsive and helpful host, quickly addressing any questions we had and even allowing us to install an app on the Fire Stick so we could stream from our devices. She also resolved a minor pool heat issue on the first day with no hassle. We’d definitely stay here again!

Dave’s place was nothing short of phenomenal. I’ve stayed at many an Airbnb and have never had such a pristine experience along with a host that was bending over backwards. I don’t think I waited more than 10 minutes for a response from Dave when I had a question. The location is at the top of cape may with beautiful scenery in the front and total privacy in the back. I can’t encourage people enough to stay here! It was perfect.

We had a great stay at Michelle’s place for our high school friend get together. We wanted a place near Longwood Gardens and a place to relax. We got them both! The surroundings were beautiful and the home was open and lovely! We hope to be back!

This place was amazing! The decor was wonderful, so cool and eclectic! My aunt, cousin, and I stayed for 3 nights and were happy and comfortable, it was a fun girls trip. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need and very clean. Bathrooms were super cool and both had walk in showers. The location was great, only a few minutes from downtown Cape May. My cousin enjoyed staying in the backyard bedroom, its was very cute an comfy. We also enjoyed the firepit in the evenings. Teresa had a great guidebook, and we took her up on several of her suggestions. Cape May is a fun town and the beautiful Victorian homes are not to be missed. I suggest the Historic trolley tour. All in all, this was a wonderful stay and would 100% stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at this North Cape May home. The house was spotless when we arrived and well equipped-perfect for our group of 6 adults and a baby. The heated pool and hot tub were great extras and we enjoyed them both. The owners went above and beyond by providing snacks and toiletries. While not in downtown Cape May, the location was very convenient- just 10 minutes to town and extremely close (walking distance) to a grocery store and other shopping. The owners were extremely responsive and helpful throughout. I highly recommend!

They were all responsive and clear on instructions. The home was bright, airy, and cozy. Definitely recommend this beautiful home which is also an easy drive right into Philly!

Our family loved this spot! Was actually bigger than the pictures made it seem which was great! Great location and really close to the bay. Worked really well for our little ones too! We’ll definitely be back!

We really enjoyed being so close to the bay. Very peaceful location. The house was clean, neat, and nicely decorated. Queen bed was very comfortable. Nice back yard space. We enjoyed the hot tub and the outdoor shower was wonderful. We appreciated that plenty of towels and linens were provided. Linda was friendly and responsive. Meeting her dog Cider was an added treat!

Great place! Very clean, and spacious. We planned a last minute weekend getaway to fish and are happy we stumbled across this place. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Stayed here for Memorial Day weekend and it was the perfect way to kick off summer! My friends and I really enjoyed this spot. The house is in a quiet, safe neighborhood- great for families or a girls’ getaway. The vibe and decor are super cute and fun. It was spotless when we checked in and felt really cozy and welcoming. It’s also really close to downtown, which made exploring super easy. Leslie was so sweet and checked in during our stay to make sure everything was going well. Highly recommend this spot for a relaxing and fun stay with your favorite people!

Cannot say enough good things about this incredible home! My 3 friends and I were blown away by how clean, well-stocked, and well decorated this home was. It had everything you could ever need for a perfect weekend at the shore. The host Nicole was an amazing, so responsive and proactive with everything to make it a stress free stay. We loved the beautiful neighborhood it was in and how close it was to the beach and downtown. We truly felt right at home and already want to plan a trip back. Couldn’t recommend this property more. Let's see...if Martha Stewart had a rental cottage, it would look just like Lisa and Jay's carriage house. Everything from the splendid charcuterie board and Prosecco on ice that awaited us upon our arrival to the beautifully designed cottage and wonderful gardens helped create an amazing vacation that we will not forget anytime soon. Jay and Lisa truly paid attention to every detail right down to the perfectly placed English antiques, fresh cut flowers and towels so thick you could drown in them. Nothing was missing and their hospitality made you feel right at home. We had smiles on our face the entire time! This is now my new Happy place. The gold standard by which every rental will be judged....perfect hosts, perfect place..like I said...Martha Stewart. Thank you Lisa and Jay for making our stay a wonderful experience!! We will definitely be back to your Lewes Carriage House whenever possible!

Adrianna’s place was beautiful and just the peaceful respite we needed as a family. She was so easy to communicate with and even when we had a minor hiccup she worked with us so effortlessly to make it better. She was very generous, gracious and kind host!! We highly recommend her place for a relaxing stay on the water!!

Exactly as shown & fantastic host! Lovely touches all around the space. Creative renovation of the beach house I grew up with in Seaside back in the 80’s. Very walkable and centrally located to most local activities. Lots of restaurants and recommendations from host. One of the best house rules books in the space I have ever seen. Comfy towels and strong AC with very efficient fans strategically located throughout the house. Kitchen was well stocked and coffee maker is fast!

Christopher was a wonderful host and extremely responsive and helpful! As well as informative regarding things to do during our stay!! The home was beautiful and very accommodating for our group. The whole home was very clean and had plenty of helpful amenities!!

This has been my favorite Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at! The space truly has everything you could possibly think of—every utensil, pot, pan, and seasoning you might need is already there. The kitchen is so well-stocked, it made cooking feel effortless. The home itself is spacious, cozy, and perfect for a girls trip. The views are absolutely stunning—waking up to the sound of the ocean and looking out at the water every morning was so refreshing. Even though the beach itself was just okay, the overall atmosphere made it the perfect getaway. My friends and I had such a great time and genuinely wished we could have stayed longer. The host was super responsive and easy to reach, which made everything even smoother. I really hope to come back one day—this stay was truly special!

The place was spotless when we arrived and spacious enough to comfortably accommodate all 12 of us. The backyard was perfect for hanging out, with a fireplace, bean bag toss, and plenty of outdoor furniture. We also went kayaking, which was a lot of fun. The staff was very responsive to our needs, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We had such a great time that we’re already looking forward to coming back!

Linda and her daughter Kristie were incredible. I was texting with Kristie the day of check in and she knew I was picking up a food order and dropped bags off at the house for me to use. We booked it for a Memorial Day weekend baseball tournament and when we arrived at the house there were sunflower seeds and bubblegum with a good luck at the tournament note. They even dropped off firewood for us because the nights were chilly. My whole family loved the house, the stay could not have been any better!

The house is amazing.. Looks just like it does in the pictures, really does feel like home.. Teresa is amazing. Gave a lot of suggestions for my friends and I to do in town for our stay. Definitely will be planning another trip this summer to stay at this beautiful home. Can’t wait to go back Thank you Teresa!!
