Loft holiday rentals in Jersey Shore

The accommodation was perfect and perfectly matched our wish:being able to rest (while finding the amenities of a real apartment)after the crazy New York activity of the days!!! Cecilia is attentive and responsive(thank you for agreeing to postpone the check-out at the end of the day) I recommend this listing

Spacious condo ten min walk to boardwalk. Perfect for our beach vacation with kids. You need to bring your own towels and linens. They are not included. As is typical with Airbnb's the mattresses and pillows are not great. The parking was convenient. The balcony gets morning sun and shade in the afternoon. Friday fireworks can't be seen from the balcony. The kitchen has all the basic utensils, plates, etc. Definitely spacious and great for a beach vacation.

Ido’s place was elegant and pristine. Very comfortable and spacious with a nice, secluded rooftop deck to enjoy the weather and relax. Will definitely stay there again!

Had a perfect stay at Henry Norman this past week. Room and staff were excellent. Great location near many shops, venues, great places to eat, and an easy 10 minute walk to the G train at the Nassau Ave station. Recommend to anyone looking to explore NYC.

Very nice stay. Exactly what we needed for local music festival in the area. I will definitely look for availability for next year’s festival.

Super cool studio loft right in the heart of the action in Old City. Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The loft has a funky eclectic vibe with cool art and big windows with a view of the Delaware river and bridge. You do have to hike up a flight of stairs with your bag but it wasn't too bad. It was great to have parking - a big bonus! Bed was a little to soft for our liking but it wasn't too bad. I really wish it had a king and the space could definitely accommodate a larger bed. There is a bit of noise from the street but surprisingly not too bad considering the nightlife happening below.

I had a great time staying at Stephen’s ’s place! The loft was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to restaurants, shops, and easy getting around. Stephen & Trina were incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had. They were so kind to put together some stuff for me to go to the beach one of the days, at short notice. I really appreciated that! The only minor downside for me was that the Wi-Fi connection could be a bit slow at times, but realit wasn’t a dealbreaker. Ismalia was nice. I arrived late at night, much later than my original arrival time due to a flight delay, but she was happy to check me in. She also prepared some light food for us when we were hungry. It's a great place to stay if you're traveling from Newark penn station to New York penn station. The place was spacious and clean enough that I could walk around without shoes. The central heating was on all the time and the temperature was just right. The neighborhood tends to be a bit scary, but it's safe if you take an Uber to and from Newark penn station. An Uber ride is about $10. If you're looking to stay in the Newark area because of the high cost of housing in New York, this is a great option.

Jody is the model of what a host should be. On time... always available... and extremely accommodating. I wish all of the homes I stay in had "a Jody". Can't thank him enough. Gift bag that welcomed us was unexpected and filled with quality products and discounted food and activities. I'm trying to get another basket haha

Annie was an exceptional host and her place was just as outstanding. Even more beautiful than pictured, this historic and well-maintained gem is a find in Sugar Hill. Close to the bus, train, parks, a grocery store, and plenty of restaurants and coffee shops, it is a standout. Moreover, Annie went above and beyond to attend to our every need, was flexible, and so warm and kind. I can’t rate her or her place highly enough.

This beautiful loft has really set the bar high for any future Airbnb’s: unique architecture and interior design, clean and comfortable furniture, and an overall fresh scented and spotless home. Every room was nicely furnished, especially the kitchen and bathroom. It was always quiet and peaceful, did not feel at all like we were in the middle of a bustling city. My partner and I were looking for an escape from the regular day to day. As if the home wasn’t wonderful enough, our host Chuong elevated the experience by staying in contact and providing quick and friendly responses to any questions or concerns we had and even being proactive to check if we needed anything. He made us feel right at home. I can’t imagine we will find many positive experiences quite like this one!

Place was nice and comfy. Not too far from the mall and was very spacious inside the apartment.

The apartment is spacious, clean and safe. The bed and sofa both very comfortable. A gentleman was at the front desk welcoming us each day and always on hand to open the entrance door. The large living room windows, huge fridge and well equipped kitchen made for a homely stay. All communication was prompt and professional.

Aurora was very accommodating — although an early check in wasn’t available, she allowed me to store my bags and offered local lunch recommendations. She gave me a thorough tour and instructions when I was checking in. The apartment itself is so peaceful and full of fun touches. It’s a garden oasis, an escape from the hustle and bustle of NYC. I wish I could spend more time there! Aurora was super responsive and helpful throughout the stay. Would HIGHLY recommend!
