Marina's apartment is better than the listing can describe. My family of four including 2 teenage boys loved it! It is impeccably clean, modern, comfy and with all the right details. The windows in the rooms have heavy shutters that you can open and close so that you are not woken by daylight. They are quiet and have very comfy beds. There is A/C in all spaces as this was needed in the summer. Having a TV in each room was also great for our teens to have downtime. The heavy double paned windows also kept the apartment very quiet. We only heard noise if we opened the windows in the living room. It is located in a cute and safe street that is a 5-10 minute walk to all the best spots in Venice! I would not need to look any further for a different rental for a future trip to Venice.

Vera Marta is an exquisite person, the house is impeccable in terms of cleanliness and tidiness. Quiet place, I highly recommend it! If we return to the area, we will not hesitate to stay here again.

This was a fantastic property! The area is very clean and walkable to great food, wine and water bus stations. The apartment was very clean, Valentina was great!!!! An AirBnB we had previously booked cancelled on us the day before our trip the Venice. Beautiful, cozy, and charming place. You feel at home. The hosts are here to help. Dog people are very quiet. They won't come to you unless you want to. They can't get into the house. If you are afraid of dog, they would keep your distance; if you love to play with dog, they would be friends with you.

Great location,easy transportation to go to Venice.

The place is immaculate- in pristine condition, very clean. It is a very comfortable apartment with lots of big windows! Very cosy bed to spend peaceful nights. You will feel very safe there. All amenities you will possibly need. The kitchen is really good to cook. A very big bathroom. I love the location so much with wonderful Campo Di Santa Margherita where I was buying fresh bread, flowers, berries and veggies early in the morning observing locals passing by to their studies, work, walking with their dogs, buying newspapers and so on. You can go anywhere from that place or just stay there enjoying Dorsoduro. A lot of absolutely wonderful museums in the area. Ca Rezzonico became my favorite - the collection, the palazzo itself! La Fenice theater is absolutely stunning. I was taking public water transport easily to the other parts of Venice like Giudecca. And a water taxi to the airport. Matteo and Raffaella, very warm people, were so kind to me. I was very happy there. Thank you

We enjoyed our stay at Alice’s place! The location is central and the place itself is very spacious. Alice was communicative and helpful during our time in Venice. Would recommend!

The house is beautiful , very tastefully decorated. It offers the promised place with a good layout. Now in November, heating was important. The wifi is good, there is enough space to work as well. The landlords responded quickly and competently to request. The house is surrounded by a great , large garden with large , covered terrace. We were very satisfied. It couldn't be better.

We stayed at Gilberto’s place in Villa Roma for my stag do weekend, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Gilberto and his wife were absolutely wonderful hosts — incredibly kind, caring, and genuinely thoughtful throughout our entire stay. From picking us up from the station to helping us with taxi numbers and local recommendations, they went above and beyond in every way. You can tell they really care about making guests feel welcome and comfortable. The villa itself was spotless, spacious, and beautifully kept, a true gem in Jesolo. It had everything we needed and more, making it the perfect base for my stag weekend. We couldn’t have asked for a better place or more gracious hosts. Top location, very nice complex and apartment! Great hosts! Wi-Fi in the apartment is quite slow. Unfortunately, there is very little storage space in the bathroom.

Matteo's apartment was ideal for our needs. Very modern and clean with everything we needed. Matteo always responded to my messages within minutes and met us upon arrival to show us around. The area was quiet and safe with a great pool and a short walk to the sea front. Matteo's apartment would definitely be our first choice if we came to Jesolo again.

As agreed, everything is okay

The house is modern, furnished to a high standard and ideally located for excursions in the region – e.g. to Venice or Treviso. We especially liked the pool and the beautiful surroundings. Luisa's tips were also great and helped us a lot. We were there with two ten-year-old children. For families in a similar constellation, it is good to know that the extra bed is in the living room, where the air conditioning/ventilation is audible at night. The nearby park is also home to chickens, including a rooster and a peacock, and provides natural sounds in the morning - that's just part of it. The many advantages clearly outweighed the disadvantages for us - we would come back at any time!

Feel at home and such a friendly host is an amazing combination. We were helped with our itinerary and the local recommendations from here were bonus. We drove by car and her suggestion to better drive and park at the ferry stop instead of relying on bus... well saved a lot time and was comfortable for family. The vicinity to the beach is also great in case you plan for morning/evening walk.

We had a wonderful stay at this comfortable apartment, perfect for a couple and two guests. It's also pet-friendly, which was a big plus for us! The swimming pool was a great way to start our mornings with a refreshing swim. The property features a small garden with parking space for one car and direct access to the main room, adding to the convenience. The location is ideal, a quick 5-minute walk to the beach and very close to Jesolo's main boulevard, where you'll find plenty of restaurants and vibrant nightlife. Marta and her mom were incredibly kind and always available to assist us with anything we needed. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking to explore and enjoy the beautiful Lido di Jesolo!

My favorite place I have ever stayed! Private and had everything we needed. They even gave us a welcome bottle of Prosecco and a homemade pie. The greenhouse was absolutely stunning and perfect to lay and read a book. We felt like we were treated like honored guests and it’s a perfect place for a small family. I can’t wait to return time and again!

The apartment is very spacious and is located on the ground floor, with everything very conveniently equipped. The apartment was really excellent clean. We were pleased upon arrival with cozy additional amenities, such as a small refrigerated basic supply, also a bottle of Prosecco, a homemade cake…. not to forget the cosmetic tissues, shower bath. Simply great! The communication was very good, trusting and helpful with tips on, for example, activities, shopping. A very caring landlady, who is very concerned about a pleasant stay for her guests. We felt absolutely comfortable, happy to come back.

From the very beginning, Luciano was very helpful. The apartment matched the description, large room and balcony where you were comfortable. The apartment is very bright and is located on the 1st floor, served by 2 elevators. There is also the excellent possibility of having a private parking space (with a barrier inside the courtyard), and above all a place on the beach with a sunbed and deckchair. Kitchen separate from the living room with everything you need for cooking. It is located in an area of Jesolo that I already knew and is perfect because, despite being a quiet area, it is covered by all the necessary services. I would like to compliment you on the care of the apartment. We hope to be back soon!

Tiziana met us in person and showed us the place herself, punctual and very friendly. The house is located perfectly, near the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and there are lots to do in the evenings even for the kids. The balcony terrace is one of the things I love. Spacious and relaxing. We had dinner there and you can see the big ferris wheel and at mornings you can relax on the lounger as the sun shines.

Andrea is truly an exceptional host. During my stay, she made me feel incredibly comfortable and at ease. Since it was a last-minute booking, I was worried there might be issues, but Andrea reassured me without hesitation and even came to pick me up. She is warm-hearted, kind, and gentle — such a lovely person. The room was absolutely beautiful — even more stunning and cozy than the photos. It had everything I needed and was perfectly equipped. Honestly, it was just perfect. I felt so happy staying here. Thank you so much, Andrea!

Strongly recommended to families with kids who want their children to have fun in the garden. It is a bit away from Venice but easily reachable by car. Roberta greeted us at the main gate and gave us an informative tour of the place. She was kind enough to set up the crib for my young one. Her garden has a slide and other play equipment, and has all sorts of fruits - loved the cherries!!! Would definitely stay again at her place.
