A 10 mint. coche al Casco histórico. Consta de 3 dormitorios, salón amplio con chimenea, cocina totalmente equipada, dos baños .

Located on the slope of the Montgó Natural Park in a privileged environment, surrounded by pine trees and very quiet, between Denia and Javea in the "Los Lagos" development that has a community pool, gardens and a small lake to which the community gives its name, very close to the traditional village of Jesús Pobre. There are numerous trekking, hiking and cycling routes that will bring you closer to the wonderful coves and beaches of Marina Alta.

The apartment has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, an open plan kitchen, a sitting room, and a nice terrace with a dining table and sofa. This wonderfully tranquil apartment sleeps 4. This property is our home - we live here (in apartments on the next floor) all the time. We expect all guests to enjoy the facilities and treat the property with respect. There's also a private parking space.
