Cozy accomodation studio near Ribaucourt Station

The Studio is at the top 4th floor (the attic) and has a separate and independent entrance (no elevator and nor air-conditioned). We are 25 min walking distance to the city center (15min by metro). The Studio is just 1 minute from the metro station Ribaucourt, so you can get easily straight into central Brussels. There is a small equipped kitchen, bathroom and toilet inside the studio. This is not a hotel but a private house with a separate Studio for Airbnb. We live in the same building.

Nice studio on the 2nd floor of a building with no elevator. Optimal accessibility by public transport (train, bus, tram) and by car. 15 min from the city center, close to the ing ARENA, the Basilica. Free street parking.. Sheltered from the hustle and bustle of the center, without being out of the way; this is the perfect compromise to visit the Capital and its surroundings. The amenities are designed so that young and old, couples or families can have a comfortable stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Hélène's beautiful apartment, located in a quiet, walkable, and charming neighbourhood. There are grocery stores and public transit very close by. The space had everything we needed: a cozy living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a lovely little backyard that was perfect for relaxing. Hélène is a responsive and attentive host. We would absolutely stay here again ! :)

I highly recommend staying here! The apartment is well equipped, very well located (literally a minute walk from the subway, quiet neighborhood), looks nice. Good communication with your host. The only downside may be the second floor with quite steep and narrow stairs. I personally highly recommend it!

I had a great time at Thomas’s place. It was beautifully decorated, had all the amenities listed and was just the perfect space for my needs. It was also in a great location, walking distance from Midi station and had a transport stop just steps away. Thomas was also very responsive and was flexible with my check-in needs.
