The apartment was great, easy to access and very clean. Great location, very convenient location for restaurants and local night life. Kelly was a great host, very responsive and helpful!

Great apartment with a surprising amount of space, and secure parking included at no extra cost. Really clear instructions on how to check in, and good communication from the host in advance. This is a super convenient area and only a short walk from the city centre, and nearby to some great local bars and restaurants.

Everything was as it was in the pictures. Jay was also really friendly, helpful and trustworthy. Thank you for the amazing stay!

Imran was incredibly helpful and communicative from when I made the booking all the way through to our stay. The apartment is absolutely stunning, extremely well decorated and was so inviting. We stayed as a group of 6 and it was the perfect place for our weekend in Birmingham, right in the centre of the city. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you!!

Excellent apartment! And in fact, much larger than we expected - the open lounge kitchen space with an island was spot on with all the essentials covered (incl an air fryer as an added bonus). I wouldnt hesitate to stay here again in future. The commuication with the host was very quick. Highly recommend. Thank you again for our stay :-)

Amazingly exceptional weekend myself and my partner had. I’m glad we booked your place to celebrate his birthday which was the most perfect choice by a mile. Especially when one doesn’t fly out to exclusive places and you stay inland it’s a thrill to be able to enjoy every bit of your stay. The apartment is brilliantly done, just as on photos. Very modern and clean. The service and check in from Gino was exceptional. The view was everything and it’s close to everything one needed. Amazing stay!

It was really easy to book this home. Anthony was very responsive throughout. I had raised a concern about a smell mentioned in a previous review, and Anthony reassured me it wouldn’t be an issue. True to his word, the space was clean and fresh when I arrived. The home was easy to find, the check-in process was smooth, and the area itself felt peaceful. There is even a police station on the same street, which added to the sense of security. The check-in and check-out times were also very relaxed, which I appreciated. All in all, it was a lovely space to use for the night.

Dreamluxe Stays have always been responsive and helpful. They have sorted any issues I had out and are professional but personable. The apartment is clean and as per the description and photos. The location is great for a stay within Birmingham and is right by the canal which is great for walks/runs. The centre of Birmingham is only a short walk away. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Secure flat based near Five Ways with nice interior design. Conveniently located close to tram station. Amenities included useful kitchen decent heating, dressing table, hairdryer, LED lights & TV. Overall, peaceful and private flat with a garden view 🪴

We had a great stay its ideal for events at utilitia arena, only a 15 minute walk. Good security. The parking was a bonus for a city centre. The apartment itself was a lot larger than it looked in photos very spacious. It was very light and airy. We will definitely book again

I had a great stay at Ana's place! The home was exactly as described, clean, comfortable and in a great location as the center of Birmingham! Ana was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place!

what a place to stay! absolutely amazing! instructions to access the property are clear and easy to follow, the property is very clean, the astomophere is perfect for what you will be using it for, we had a brilliant evening there, given the temperature on the day we stayed we was very thankful for the air-con unit in the kitchen, plus It would definitely be needed after the activities, it's exactly how it looks on the photos, you won't be disappointed staying here, the host is very friendly and accommodating. I can't fault this place at all, we would definitely book again.

The host was great and the place was very clean. The location was close to everything the only thing I could say negative would be that the way into the apartment is long and if he wasn’t available to call I would of struggled however, he was very active and responsive.
