Great value for money stayed with family and we made great use of the leisure facilities which are excellent. The location is great as it’s near lots of attractions and great for walking lots within walking distance too we loved exploring the area via the woods. There are a couple of pubs a fantastic park and a McDonalds only a few minutes walk. The accommodation is basic but modern and clean.

Decent little find this, four bed house tucked away in a quiet housing area. Easy to check in at the leisure centre for the keys, didn't use the facility but they do a decent well priced brekki. House is clean, beds are comfy and the shower runs hot. Jobs a good one for a couple of nights, would recommend.

Big, beautiful home for a large gathering. Decorated the summer house for my daughter's 21st which was lovely. Lovely garden with furniture and hot tub. Plenty of bathrooms. Had a lovely stay

We would like to thank our hosts they were very helpful and very kind people. The cottage was amazing and so beautiful you can tell that a lot of money has been spent to get it to where it is. The space was amazing for what we paid we can’t fault anything, obviously you can always pick at bits no holiday is ever perfect but this holiday was as close that that as possible. Our granddaughters first holiday was a perfect experience she loved seeing the dogs on there and horses and sheep. The pool was lovely and clean also nice and warm to it’s absolutely beautiful great size of pool so it is, the amenities in the games room were great free pool table ping pong to play as well. So finally we would like to thank the hosts and all the team there for everything, and we would definitely recommend it for anyone 100% From the Henderson’s

We had a lovely 2 night family break at Peacock Barn over October half term. It's a beautiful property with fantastic amenities and perfectly located for exploring the many sites and activities the area has to offer. The swimming pool and games room provided the children with a space to play and have fun which was a key factor for choosing this property. The garden was great for our dog providing plenty of space to run around and secure, providing peace of mind. It would be the perfect spot to enjoy during the summer months. We will definitely be returning. Thanks for having us!

We had a one night stay at the farm the location was great and the place was very clean & tidy we had everything there need . The swimming pool was also great too. We would 100% go there again.

Really lovely place to stay with lots of room for all the family. Lots to do in the house too which kept us enterntianed and would of liked to stay longer. Great hamper with goodies which was enjoyed by all. Brillaint garden too.

It is definitely a lovely place with a convenient parking space right in front of the house. The house is spacious with easy access to the city centre. The owner solves all our problems efficiently.

Lovely place to stay, easy check in and check out. Clear, accurate instructions. Zafreen responded to any messages sent quickly and was very helpful. 2 parking spots available which was great, one out the back and on street parking at the front door. Is a busy street so alittle noise from traffic but that was it really. Fantastic stay and would definitely recommend.

amazing place. 10 of us stayed for a weekend event in the NEC and this was a 5 minute drive away. I love that everyone had a bed and when we all hung out in the living room and kitchen it did not feel too crowded. the outdoor space is fab too. clean and pretty. communication fab. want to stay again!

You get what it says on the can! Great little home from home. Spotlessly clean and with all the amenities you could possibly need to make your stay easy and comfortable. Already booking the next visit. Why waste time looking for anywhere else when this home ticks all the boxes? Thanks to Kit and his family for all their efforts to ensure that our stay was a successful one.

We stayed here for a weekend while taking our son back to university. The house was ideal for our needs with 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. George was a great host with good communication and generously allowed us a late check out. Beds were comfy with good quality bedlinen and there was tea, coffee and biscuits which was very welcome. All in all a good Airbnb and we will stay again on the next uni run.

Yadams place was very clean, exactly in the photos. Yadam communicated well with us during the stay. I had a disabled adult with me and Yadam answered all my questions to ensure a comfortable stay. The property has a downstairs bedroom and toilet/shower which was perfect. The house was big, clean and bright. There are supermarkets and shops nearby to the property. We were provided with Amenities as described on the page. If we visit Birmingham again we will definitely book Yadam's place. Thank you for a comfortable stay!
