Welcome to Sunna and Grandfather's Log Cabin_Sun. There are two themes of the sun. The first is "Looking at Gongaksan Mountain". I made the wall diagonal so that I could see Gongaksan Mountain, one of the 100 most famous mountains in Korea, and the sky above it. The second is "Breath, Rest". I didn't paint the room at all and finished it with cypress wood, hoping that the body and mind of the guests can comfortably breathe and rest. Also, I tried to make the place feel as spacious as possible, and to feel like everything is connected, by not blocking it as much as possible. The Sun is a house that Sunna's father made himself, except for the sink and table set. If you comfortably sit on the deck or the window that the sun is proud of, you can enjoy the dance of the clouds and the wind spreading over Mt. Gongja and the sky above it. The sound of birds and grass bugs moving around, and the sound of the stream across the street that you can hear if you listen carefully will comfort your heart.

The use of the fire pit space is free, and please clean it up after use (buy firewood). - This place is 700m above sea level, so be sure to bring a warm coat as the temperature is lower than the flat area. - As it is a natural space, you may see insects inside and outside. The buildings are connected, but the entrance, toilet, and cooking facilities are separate, allowing for an independent stay. Free parking is available in the yard, and there is an outdoor dining area, so you can experience a barbecue with an electric grill (I don't use charcoal/bonfires due to the risk of wildfires). If you come with children, you can also do seasonal activities with owners like grandparents and grandparents in the countryside. The room is not wide, so we recommend a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children. It is small for 3 or more adults. Breakfast with a home-cooked meal is also prepared for those who request it (separate charge). On your way to see the sea in Gangneung, enjoy the countryside atmosphere and warm hospitality.

The interior is small, but the yard and site are spacious, so you can freely move around, and there is a separate barbecue area. It can accommodate from 2 to 4 people. In summer, you can also put a tent in the yard or valley, and there is a valley in front of the house, so it is good for playing in the water, and you can see the wonderful scenery of Mt. Oda throughout the four seasons. The barbecue has a grill and torch, and you can buy charcoal and use it yourself. There are fire extinguisher, fire alarm, and gas leak alarm. Fridge, induction, microwave, coffee pot, hair dryer, air conditioner, fan, pot, frying pan, cooking utensils, towels, shampoo, and soap are provided.

Yeongwol Bonglasan 450 is a private chalet with starlight pouring out. It is the only heavy wood structure single-family home on the property of 2000 pyeong, so the private feeling is attractive. It is a 15-minute drive from Yeongwol Station, so the access is good. At night, there are a lot of stars pouring in and the sound of birds that change every season. In the evening, light fires and outdoor barbecues are also available.(30,000 KRW for each additional cost) The interior is decorated with various props, paintings, and dalhurs collected from overseas travel. There is a Hoenggye Hanaro Mart 7 minutes away by car from the pension, and a convenience store 3 minutes away by car. It takes about 25 minutes to get to Gangneung.
