It was a trip to Gangneung to celebrate my son's birthday! I'm done with the accommodation. When I asked what was the best thing about this trip, It was a duoida swimming pool. It was a little small for adults to play, but It was great for the kids to play. You also prepared a lot of towels~ The overall atmosphere is also good. The restaurant is a little far to walk to from the children's area. Other than that, I was satisfied with everything. If you go to Gangneung, you will definitely revisit!

I booked a trip with my family The beach, which is right behind the accommodation, It wasn't as noisy as Inpyeong Beach, so it was just right for a family to enjoy. It was an accommodation I was looking for in a hurry, and I was so satisfied. The yard is wider than the picture, and the kids simply rode around on a kickboard ^ ^ In the evening, I also had a barbecue with the camping equipment provided, but the firewood was also served as a service. It felt so cozy indoors. The bed was nice and the heating was hot. There was also an electric pad that I liked, so I used it very well haha It was a really good value for the money ^ ^! We choose this place because of its proximity to Gangreung (강릉) beach, about 30 minutes by car. Really a great place if you're looking for serenity and a break away from the city. It's a bit far from restaurants and other facilities, but there is a supermarket 10 minutes driving distance where you can buy provisions. The house is as described, two bedrooms with individual bathrooms. The one on the 1st floor has a bidet, which to me was heaven! The house was also properly heated so we got a much needed rest 🩶 I would definetely come back if I'm ever looking to recharge and get another break from all the buzz.

The accommodation was so clean and it was nice to have everything to stay! Almost everything is provided except for personal items, so you can go with light luggage. He highly recommended a restaurant in Gangneung and kindly explained the accommodation usage guide. I used it👍 for 2 nights and 3 days, and there was no inconvenience at all, and I want to use it again next time ~ It was near Songjeong Beach, so it was easy to catch a taxi.

A beautiful place, we stayed at Sungwoo’s place to show our family from from to show old korean house. With its history the house felt more precious. we had such a respect on how amazingly Sungwoo turned this house into this beautiful home. We thought only if there is a bathtub this house would be perfect for a getaway, and voila, there was a bathtub 💙 Thank you Sungwoo for me so helpful with our trip!

5-year-olds and 7-year-olds ran around and played without a care. Especially the second floor felt like an attic, so they used it as their own hideout and had a good time, It was steep and slippery to run outside, but I saw a rabbit, and I was playing on the swing, not knowing the time. I opened the front door and the deck door and turned the ceiling fan, and it was like a paradise. There are plenty of tableware, but there are a few dirty ones mixed in, so you should wash them thoroughly before use. I think it was because of the meat fat. Seasonings are provided, but I recommend you bring them just in case! It didn't smell from the blanket, and I liked the fluffy feeling. If you are a beginner driver, park at the bottom and walk up even if it is difficult~ Two families leave with their young friends, making happy memories. Oh, right! It was so nice because there weren't as many bugs as I thought there would be~ Maybe it's because it's clean ^^

It was a very, very, very good accommodation! This place and the house are beautiful. I regret not staying longer. Very convenient if you drive. Everything you need is just minutes away. The view we got every morning was just amazing. It was just so peaceful. We became friends with a few wary stray cats. They come to us for food everyday. We hope the subsequent occupants will continue doing that! The hosts were extremely friendly and courteous. They tend to the crops around the place on some days so we could see them hard at work. They offered us local food and produce and we were very humbled by their generosity. Gangneung sits in the Taebaek mountain range and we want to come back and explore even more next time!
